I'm only 4.57 into the video and I'm loving Adam more and more. He literally is Michael's wingman for everything, even fixing lights when Michael breaks them. Just love these two.

This house has such a homy feel throughout every room, the wood finishes and the high ceilings are amazing. The bathrooms of this house are on a different level
The abundance of woodwork in this home really gives it warmth compared to the cold, stark white homes that Michael and Adam normally show us. Kaori was delightful. I just want to add that Adam deserved to have been paid more than $100 to jump in the frigid pool 🥶

You've got to remember that the majority of homes that Micheal and Adam explore on the channel are staged by companies. This property has been personalised by the owner which is why I think it gives off a more homely feel. Oh and yes Adam definitely should've/could've negotiated higher 🤣
Most of the home are in the LA area. You go for a fresh ventilated feel there, LA is torrid. But so is Vegas so I guess you're right.

Vegas is in a dessert, hence the snow. While uncommon, it's not abnormal for it to snow on occasion in Vegas or other parts of Nevada.

I love how they did a split fireplace in the great room cause it’s always like well if I put the fireplace in the middle then I put the tv on top I feel like your having to look up to look at the tv it’s not a level viewing angle, this was smart I like it!

Fabulous place. The height is a real feature and works so well in the dining room and lounge areas - love the sunken bar! The fun area downstairs is done well.

Las Vegas gets a little snow about every five years, usually in December or February. Only once a decade on average does the snow covering the ground accummulate to over an inch (2.5 cm).
