The design of this home is dope af. Clean lines, sharp edges... and the decor is really well done. There's not a single area or space of this home that's cluttered. You can walk through everywhere without bumping into things. Masterpiece.
I am not a fan of the Peter Lik homes. His houses may have curb appeal but are so incredibly disappointing on the inside. The home you’re showing here is absolutely beautiful- fantastic finishes & each area of the home is well thought out & PRACTICAL. I’m in love with this house.😍
I prefer gas, but that stove is really clean. Thanks for showing the garage, that is a huge selling point for me… Owning multiple cars and two HD trucks, I want to see the garage and driveway.

If I was In the market for a 5 million home, I would expect my realtor to dress accordingly. A polo shirt, gym shoes & shorts would absolutely be a deterrent.
Yeah, my clients that I golf with don’t hire me for my fashion, they hire me because of market expertise, character and being genuine human being. I understand that isn’t for everyone tho.
The really rich folks don't GAF about how they dress because they don't have to impress anyone. Anyone buying in these price points is buying from people often referred by others. If he's in this space, he knows what he's doing, and he's likely been referred by multiple clients. Lastly, have you ever been to Vegas in July? It is hot! Only pit bosses in air-conditioned casinos are wearing suits. 😆 🤣
