What is material is the external coating on the copper - nickel? Is it Electrolytic or Electroless plating? 🤔 How long would this nozzle last under normal wear and tear?
Electroless plating nickel plating It depends on the filament you are printing on. Materials without added fiber can be used at least hundreds of kilograms normally. If the filament is added with glass fiber or carbon fiber, it can be guaranteed to use more than 10KG. If the nickel plating layer of the inner hole falls off, it can be cleaned by cold-pull method without worrying that the nozzle will be scrapped. According to our actual test, even if the nickel-plated layer of the inner hole completely falls off, the nozzle can continue to be used normally for very a long time.
