this is a brilliant video- I have been thinking of going all Prime- its had to change over after using both Zoom and Primes for so many years but this video has been so inspirational . Thank you
Thank you ❤️ the 50mm is such a beautiful lens, I love it! First, we have to establish what the goal is of the photo? Than we can say what the best focal lengths is. So what is the goal?
Great question! I use both actually. If the light is very consistent I'll use manual, of the light conditions are changing to much ill use a controlled aperture mode.
Congrats Roy !! I've tried wedding photo and video for the fist time, but it was a very small wedding hopefully (for me). I shoot with Sony A7iv , but hesitating switching to the Canon R5 + EF lenses (as I have to save money for RF lenses).
How dit you like the hybrid photography day? Rf lenses are very expensive indeed. I don't use them because I prefer my EF lenses still. The work perfect and are lighter 😁
What is your favourite lens to shoot?
Sorry for the bad audio in the beginning 😘
Thank you for all the great tips! You're a great photographer.
You more than welcome 👊🏽

That is so great to hear! If you hire some prime lenses for a wedding you can check out how it feels 😊

do you shoot in manual mode at weddings? I usually use aperture mode I just find that there's not enough time to mess with the manual settings
