This is 100% my favorite kitchen! I LOVE all the neat shelving and stuff they had in there. Jen found another nice one for sure! The flow was nice too. I also like the lower ceiling in the living room. I think it's cozier and warmer in the winter.
This is a repeat. But it is nice to see it again. This is the only Jack and Jill bathroom I have ever liked. The setup allows complete privacy for the tub/toilet area. The lowered ceilings on the ground level make the home feel warm and cozy. I think I’d feel very comfortable living here.

This is one of my favorite you've toured !!! Not for location but the floorplan. The kitchen dining space is fabulous !!! I can see myself having a huge family gathering. From the paneled appliances to the cabinets that meet the counter, it's my favorite design. The two story windows make it feel huge. Thanks for sharing it again !!!
What a dream home!! All of those amazing features in the kitchen are absolutely a dream!! Love the details like the beautiful floors, ceilings and the mix of stone and wood! Love it!

That hidden drawer looks like a good place to store you kitchen aid stand mixers and blenders and food processors and things like that.

That's a very nice kitchen! I think that I would have put in two dishwashers though, and maybe a second fridge in the pantry. I like having that large modern farm table between it and the more formal dining area. It could be used to layout food for parties or holiday dinners. There's so much flexibility!
I fear that the shape of that fireplace isn't going to stand the test of time. That's about as nice I can be about it. 😉

This is fabulous! I'd actually like this place better without the basement. Just the house and second floor are plenty for me. that pull out in the island is really cool!

Thank ou for pulling out the drawers and demostrating them. I am curious, wouldn't an undercabinet trash bin have odors and would it effect surrounding cabinets.

Didn't like this house the first time this video was posted. Don't like the fireplace. Awful kitchen. Walking through the cabinet to the pantry is a bad idea and the island is unusable. I like most of the homes you tour but this one is a hard no.
