@@ff-ti7nj I'm not an expert on that-- a nutrition person could guide you better. Often bloating is inflammatory response to what you are eating. Calming your gut is very helpful, and reducing foods that inflame or create gas, and eating foods that will produce more healthy bacteria (avoiding sugars, alcohol...)
