Awesome Job on newest trailer Rich.. A few changes i would incorporate if i were to design it, if i may.. 1. i would have a roll out battery tray for access. 2. Go back to the 16RB front end inside with the large closet, larger frig, but eliminate the stove, microwave and sink. Keeping the furnace placement and make a larger storage cabinet for other goods, eliminating the need for the upper smaller shelves on the sides.. 3. By getting rid of the sink, U-joint the sprayer port w/the fresh water tank so we can utilize the back area as a wash station/shower area with a on-demand water heater/ or Joolca..!? Hoobilly
Nicely done. I just found out about your trailers and your history with Intech. We are on our 3rd Intech and just purchased a Flyer forge because of the shower and toilet. The Discover didn’t meet those needs. I’d say at this size and price point it’s definitely something people would want and I would’ve considered a ROG 20th if it had the Forge front end appointments and could carry a SXS. Looking forward to seeing the direction you take this ship.
Awesome video, and great information on it. I found your products just recently while researching “overland trailers”. Had no idea you had a cargo/camp option. As I see this trailer is not listed yet on your site (as of the date of this comment), could you perhaps do a short follow up video or comment on a few features not mentioned? Helpful info to have would be- GVWR or “dry” weight. Interior floor measurements for loading equipment. Flooring materials (easy to clean??). Axle info, axle breaking, video or pics of the undercarriage. Finally, total height as it sits from the factory, including the roof rack. We hunt, travel with two quads to Forest camp as well as all over Moab. This may just be the ticket! Thanks in advance.
GVWR is 7,000lbs. The dry weight is approximately 4000lbs. Interior floor length is 208" (17' 4"). The floor substrate is 3/4" Vixen Composite with a black coin rubber floor, it cleans up pretty easily with a mop, but if it's really dirty, you can scrub it with a brush and then mop. Axles are tandem 3,500# Dexter Torsion axles. We are going to be offering tandem Timbren Axle-Less Suspension also with the same ratings. Let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks!!
Great job on the 20TH model. We've been waiting on a larger ROG toy hauler. Adding a hot water option is a game changer in our opinion. We are wondering what the interior dimensions are? Floor length & width & height. When do you anticipate the 20TH's arriving at your dealer locations? Thank you for the information.
Floor length is 208" (17' 4"). The interior height is 78-1/4" (to the A/C which comes down off the ceiling, or 81-1/2" to the actual ceiling). Overall height with the roof rack is 111-1/2" (9' 3-1/2"). These are in production now and delivering to dealers. Thanks!
Hello! Just a suggestion, maybe add these videos into the website? I was trying to find out what this looks like inside on the site and there's no interior photos!
Hello, thank you for reaching out. We actually do have this video on our website, located on the 20TH2 page. We are working to get more interior photos, as well. Let us know if you have questions. We appreciate your interest!
Thank you so much!
That thing looks amazing

How do you like the flyer forge? It’s hard to find anyone that owns one with reviews on? How’s heating and cooling with tip outs?

What is the width and what is the gray tank capacity?
