You done a fantastic job of showing this one. Like everything about it. Definitely will need a coffee bar. I can picture my wife & I sitting on the patio enjoying our morning coffee while looking out at the lake. Back to the inside having the bathroom after the bedroom is a smart move. My wife said that she loves the kitchen, the dining table made her smile from ear to ear. Love the half bath, put a washer & dryer in the garage will be spot on. The garage will work for office & crafts. The builders take pride in their work 👍👍👍👍

I really love this setup on this unit, the paint package is amazing with the wet look that it puts off in the sunlight. Yall have out done yourselves with this unit. Greetings, our builds are personalizable so if the owner wants a washer and dryer during build that is an option. There was washer and dryer prep in the back if they would choose to add one later. Not all owners want a washer and dryer for their coaches

Love your rvs they are always beautiful. Nothing I could afford but I absolutely love watching the videos anyways. Idk what is different about the way this video is done but it seemed like the camera was to low. It made it hard to concentrate on the video and what she was showing. For a toy hauler, you couldn’t put much of a toy in the garage. By using up the space with a 1/2 bath and washer/dryer eliminates people with side x sides.

Things are options because we want to give all owners the flexibility to call their coach home. Some want just the two-burner cooktop others want the 30" oven and stove. Not everyone needs or wants the half bath in the back of the toy hauler. And so on.

Need a different place for TV and not on an automatic up and down, I have had those stick where the TV was half-way up. I do like a much bigger tv. Don't care for the key rack or whatever that was in the kitchen.

Every designer is putting electric plugs in the bottom of the cabinets. It may be pretty when you are showing it but it is ugly when you have to look at your cords everyday all day and cannot tuck them behind your appliances. I REALLY dislike them. just sayin’.
