    Paano atty.kung naka preventive suspension pala ako tapos Hindi man lang sinabi sa akin na naka suspension ako tapos Hindi Rin nag pa received Ng preventive suspension noticed? Considered Po ba as illegal dismissal?

    Can you for employee to file a leave. Our employee is showing signs of dustress and mental health problem but he is a performing. He hyperfocus on employees and have anger. We've already ask ee to visit a doctor, but ayaw..

    Sana po atty.mapagusapan din ninyo at maipaliwanag kung anu rin ang mga karapatan ng JO at COS ng ahensya ng gobyerno,dahil ang mga JO at COS po ay panay contrata lng every 6mos.din basta nalng nila hindi erehire dahil end of contract nadaw khit matagal n sila bilang COS,anu rin po ang mga proseso at karapatan ng COS?pwdi b magsampa ng reklamo at saan?slmat...po.

    Atty. Isa po akong machine maintenance sa isang kompanya. At under agency po ako.nag sampa po ako ng reklamo sa NLRC. ginamit ko pong ebedinsya ang operator report at table organization.. at nakalakip nman po pangalan ko dun..ng dahil po dun na preventive suspension po ako tama po ba ung ginawa ng company

    Sir dapat bang suspindihin ako ng limang araw..sa hindi ko po pag pasuk ng dlawang araw..khit nkpg gawa po ako ng explination letter..at valid nmn po ang pag absent ko.

    Atty.isa po akong COS employee ng ahensya ng gobyerno,na end of contract po ako last dec.31,2022,may karapatan din po ba ako na magreklamo dahil wala mn lang akong natanggap na letter or notice n hindi n pala nila ako erirehire ulit.tama pk b yon at saan pwdi magreklamo?salamat po.

    Sana po mapansin, does handbook of the company po ba serves as a contract? in the handbook they stated that there is non-compete aggreement or non solicitation aggreement between me and the company which is signed by me also, but in my contract it is not included? may habol po kaya ang company sa akin if i transfer to difference company?

    kung ako po ay hindi nakapasok sa date ngschedule ko.. at nasuspendido po ako ng tatlong araw. ano pong tawag dun? hindi po ito nangyari ng isa beses lang. i mean pag may emergency or may biglaang importanteng lakad po ako nang yayari ito, gaya ng pag kakasakit ng mga anak ko kailangan kong lakarin ang papel or documents ng mga bata.
