      Sir, paano kung wala pang kontrata kc to follow daw at inaasikaso pa yin papers, din nong naka 1month na ako sknila bigla nlng ako nd pinapasok, sabi lastday ko na daw sa gntong araw,ano dapat kung gawin?     Hello Sir. More than 1 year na po ako nagwowork sa isang company na ang nature ng business ay Financial. World Financial Market ang sakop nila. Upon employment ang sabi lang sa akin ay dapat ideclare lang kung nagtratrade ako sa Stock Market. Ngayon po as I type this message, naglabas ng Memo ang company na bawal na magbuy and sell in a single day sa stock market. Which is hindi po ako pumapayag kasi personal investments ko po yon at wala sila pakialam kung paano ko gastusin ang pera ko stocks. Naiintindihan ko naman na may mga Regulatory tayo but sana naexplain upon emplyment. Ngayon po parang nahaharrass ako sa ginagawa ng Manager ko na pumirma or magcomply (with convo screenshots) if not may lead to termination or dismissal.
    May laban po ako kung magfile ako ng case sa Labor? Kasi while working i feel like hinahanapan na ako ng butas.

    Tanong: Illegal Termination po kapag ang perforamance review na hinaiin sayo ng company ay hindi tama base kung ano talaga ang mga services na nagawa ko during sa pag work sa kanila? Kung baga ayaw nila i-pursue ang regularization kasi di daw na reach ang expectation nila eh 2 weeks of training palang yun and sabi nila ang training will last for 2 months tapos ngayon nagsabi silang di na nila itutuloy ang employement nila dahil sa dahilan na yun. paano kung nagsasabi sila di daw nakaka attend sa meeting well in fact naka attend naman. di po ba di ata tama ang pang end nila ng contract?

    Good day po 6 yrs na po ako sa trabaho ko at pinaalis po ako nitong NOVEMBER 27 lang di minimum ang sahod 300 ang sahod ,12 hours ang pasok wala bayad ang overtime,wala 13month pay at bonus, walang mga benepisyo,. May laban po ba ako dito isa po itong Bulalohan Tapsilogan na may 10 tao ang trabahador na kumikita sa isang araw ng 20k..tapos wala po kami pinirmahan na kontrata.. Ang tanging ebidensya ko po ay ang logbook na makikita dito ang arawan na pinapasahod samin .. May laban po ba ako dito mam/sir .. ?. May hearing na po kami sa SENA sa DOLE sa DECEMBER 7.

    Hi Atty. Sana po mabigyan nyo linaw ang concern ko. Im currently employed for 10+yrs with my current employer but there’ll be major changes on the dept that im in. A part of the company will be bought by another company. Meron po ba aq rights to decline the transfer and stay with my current employer/company? Or at least man lang mabayaran ang tenure ko at ma-layoff? or limited lang tlga ang option ko to join the transfer, otherwise magresign if ayaw ko mag move? More power po!

    Natanggal po kame sa trabaho namin ng walang dahilan. Pumapatak po sya sa illegal dismissal at inamin din po yun ng OIC namin na walang binigay na dahilan yung owner ng hotel na pinagtatrabahuhan kung bakit kame tinanggal. Malinaw po na illegal dismissal. Bibigyan nalang daw po kame ng separation pay. Tanong kolang po yung separation pay poba na dapat naming matanggap ay 1/2 month pay for every year of service or 1 month pay for every year of service. Alin po sa dalawa ang dapat naming matanggap?

    Good afternoon po tanong ko Lang po nakarating sa NLRC ang reklamo ni complain at nag harap na sila nang abogado nang inirereklamo company at gumawa ang NLRC nang parang letter of settlement na ibibigay nang company yung last pay at Yung 13 month pay at nag permahan silang dalawa , munit nag bago ang isip nang complainant dahil ang pakiramdam Nito ay kulang ang ibibigay nang company sa mga dapat niyang ma-claim pwede pa ba ipagpatuloy ni complainant ang reklamo niya dahil hindi niya pa na pinirmahan yung money claim?

    Good day po Atty. Isa po akong empleyado sa isa kompanya for almost 3 years, isang Motorcycle dealer po yung pinagtatrabahuan ko po, isa po akong collector, nagkasala po ako dahil ko po na e. Remit ang payment ng customer namin, nakatanggap po ako ng first memorandum at nag notice to explain po ako, tapos natanggap ko rin ung second memo na reply nila sa aking NTE. Na desmissal na ako sa aking trabaho, wala po hearing for settlement na naganap at hindi ibinigay nila ang aking 13th month, ano po ba karapatan ko dito Atty? Sana matulongan ako

    good day po.mag expire po ba ang papelis na ibinigay ng nlrc to file case sa employer dahil hindi sumipot sa lahat ng hearing?

    Pwede po ba ireklamo po ba yung bibigyan ka ng 3weeks na on call sa sched mo pero ang pinapirmahan po sa iyo ay 5days lang po yung suspension.

    Good day atty. Ask lng po ako at pa advise lng po atty. Kasi bilag lng ako hindi nila pinapasok nila project site namin. Bilang isang custroction workers at del Viejo construction,.walang formal memo binigay sa aking sa hr via text lng po ano gagawin ko po? Last meeting july31, 2021 hindi nag open hr regarding sa akin, at hindi ako nila papasukin atty. August 02, to August 13,2021..Pandemic namn ulit..kasi atty. May tinatanong po ako regarding sa holidays may bayad po ba double pay at 30%special holiday.. Ang sagot ng hr about rate. Ang layo sa questions atty.. Sana po atty ma bigyan mo ako ng advice..

    Atty tanong ko Lang Po start Nung March until now October Hindi padin Po ako pinapapasok sa company na Kung saan Po ako nagtratrabaho regular employee Po ako nung tinawagan ko Korean manager ko .. kse pinaliwanag ko Po na kelangan kopo mag work kse tatlo Po anak ko maliliit...     sir,,gd noon halimbawa umabot na nang 10 years sa company na hindi na regular May habol po ba ang isang empleyado,
