    Atty. May problema ako patulong naman ako... Ako poy nagsakit atty. At may medical akong pinapakita.. ayaw po nilang tanggapin ang aking resignation dahil may contrata daw po akong napermihan... May medical certificate naman ako atty na nagpapatunay na ako po ay may sakit.... Di nila tinanggap at kailangan ko daw magbayad ng penalty konh hindi daw po ay hahabolin po ako ng atty. Nila at ipaparevoke daw po ang prc liscence ko atty... Pahelp naman po atty 🥹🥹
    Isa pa ang inaaplyan ko pong trabaho ay teacher pero pinagpabantay po ako ng anak nila months year old palang po .. kaya atty yan po problem po medyo iniipit po nila ako atty at akoy natatakot na po 🥹

    Attorney pano po kapag hindi aligned ang job description and role sa contract at sa actual? As in not related na po sa job description. Can I file immediate resignation po lalo na kung mentally, physically, and yung frustrations ay matindi na po? Thank you po.

    what if naman po atty, pinag eextend due to your lates and not complying sa restday ot?

    Attorney Magandang Araw po,
    Sana po mabigyan talakay nyu po ang aking sitwasyon kung saan ako ay inilipat
    From Company A. To Company B under the same stockholder but different Company Name. Ako ay epektibong gumaganap at matapat na nagbibigay serbisyo sa aking gawain sa opisina and I know for sure ni Isang Violation wala nman akong nilabag , ni kaunteng paglabag wala po akong ginawa.
    Should I entitled for Seperation Pay ?
    Pero kay Company A. Ako sumasahod,
    At Company B ako nag bi bio record or Time In at nag wowork kay Company B.
    Is that a legal process ?
    Transfer should be done only at the same name of company and within the same name of company.
