Color OS 12 is not as clean as Oxygen OS, so you may want to update this after you run Oxygen 13 a while. At $400, it is a pretty good phone with a decent camera system, especially for videos.
I kinda liked mine. Just switched to the S23 Ultra. I will say I think i liked the camera system better on the Oneplus 9 pro over the new Samsung. Only thing I really hated about it was the overheating.
I got the oneplus 9 when it was on sale for 300. I like it. Simple design and just is a good cheap phone that can keep up with the rest in terms of performance. (I havent tried updating it yet tho) Also, the charging speeds are a huge plus.
@@scaramouche768 I have the 7t pro McLaren edition and the update to 12 completely ruined my phone. I still wasn't going to upgrade yet because I love this phone but now I'm forced to 😢
I'm tight on money and my current phone is overdue for retirement. So I just pulled the trigger on a used 9 pro for 3500nok. Spec wise it blows anything else available for 4000 or less out of the water (new or used). I'm a bit worried about longevity in terms of battery health and android updates, but hopefully it will hold up a couple of years when Im hopefully better of financially. Also it's probably gonna be a bit to large for my smallish hands, but beggars can't be choosers.
I'm seriously enjoying my 9 pro understanding. I do have a backup. The battery is one of my main concerns also which sucks because this is one of my very favorite phones to you. I'm wanting the 11th when my cash gets better also. Maybe next year. Here's to a better future for us both. Blessings 😊

I love my OnePlus 9 pro when Android 12 first came out and oxygen 12 first came out it wasn't good but then after a few updates it finally got better . OnePlus told me my phone was just broken because it used to be a demo model for T-Mobile yes I bought an Amazon renewed phone. So OnePlus would not service my phone. Disappointed in one-plus for that now that we are on oxygen 13 it's running better the only thing is the camera doesn't work as well as he's doing when I first brought the phone. Not horrible just not as amazing as when I first bought the phone. So yes OnePlus does downgrade phones with software
I am wondering the same thing. I'm thinking of getting the 9P since it has wireless charging and also because it seems like the last 1+ flagship phone with custom ROM support (since the unbrick tool isn't available for 10 series and above), so maybe more future proof than the 7P?
@@punitraysoni4127 no issues at all loving the 9 pro definitely can hold it's own for a few years my brother has the new s23 my 9pro runs smoother and seems much more responsive
Indeed, around $400, it's a great deal, at least for me it's better than a Pixel 7 / 7 Pro, and above all, Oxygen-OS 13 (Color-OS 13), is really 👌🏽 I find the OnePlus 9 and 10 better than the Pixel 6 / 7 in video, but not better than the Galaxy S21 / S22, in photo they do not badly, but even better with a good Gcam. However, for $50 more, I personally prefer an S21+ / Ultra. 🙏🏽

Good review, but you need to have a bit more enthusiasm in your voice, you sound so fed up, can't be bothered, almost a chore to do the videos in the tone of your voice.
