  • Jeff Rasp tests out Opera Pop Slick decks on some crusty east coast ledges.

I skated the first board with slick on the tails (twin tail). A little wax kept it in good shape. I had to skate this board faster than I normally skate for nose slides. There is almost no flat between the baseplate and curve of the tail. I had to lock it in good and fast or I would slip out. It made me a better skater but man I was putting in work at age 46.
I passed the board along to a friend.
I have the 8.75 shaped board without the slick but I want to get it with the slick.
