Would love it if you did a video on what you guys wear in the river, waders, boots, coats etc....
They kind of do i think its a couple years old but if you have the time to search for it you might find it useful
There are some things they don't put out though that I figured out from random anglers on the river and the biggest thing for me was getting a heated jacket and heated socks. Makes it super easy to stay on the river all day and making sure I eat a lot and a good balanced diet all day so I maintain good body Temps when doing ice cold steelhead fishing

Definitely a Huckleberry sauce. Not sure what else to put in it, but huckleberries as a base is a must.

Years ago I would go plunking with some old timers on the Humtulips river. We would get a huge fire going, and some of us would drink a few beers. It would poor rain some days, but we had a great time. Now they're gone, and I'm getting old!

Dude I love the riverside cooking videos. Kind of inspired a friend and I to set up a catch and cook trip later this month in MI. Cannot wait. Fish on brother. I bet a good riverside sauce would have to have lemon, garlic, salt, pepper and a bit of paprika. Simmer some fresh filets in that and smash.
Back in the day had a metal cup holder hooked to my exhaust for canned soups and chilli and foil wrapped stuff it a good way to begin your hunting or fishing morning.

I think on the same day it was I caught a steelhead last week plunking in the mud and lost it right at the bank it was about 13 lbs
Banana peppers complement a cheese steak quite well.
Had a warm weekend in AZ last weekend. Had a bunch of little bass grabbing my trout gear.

Back in the 80s I used to slay fish from that same spot.Me and my buddies actually built a little rain shelter right there using pallets and plywood.Both steelhead and spring Chinook.There is another place that used to be good just upriver past Pekins where the East Fork and North fork come together.Access from up behind the new casino.But sadly it is now private property with HIGHLY VIGILANT landowners.Ive even offered money for access no go.
