I recommend watching Seventeens dance practice to basically any of their songs. They are the #1 kpop group with tge best synchronization although having multiple members they are always synchronized. I recommend also watching tgeir recent comeback called “world_”

There are two Chinese members (Minghao and Jun) and two Korean-American members (Vernon and Joshua) in the group
when you thought the video ended before the last song is actually an inside joke ig idk what to call it. 😭 the end of concerts they pretend it’s the end and they’re leaving but then they have an “aju nice encore” which we call “never ending aju nice encore” lol. that ONE SONG plays for another 10 minutes or so before they actually end off the concert and leave the stage

i love to see people fall for our unbothered but hilarious king, vernon!! hahaha he doesn't have proper proper solos (as far as i know) but there's unit songs where you can listen to him more ('cause there's less members lol) and a few collab or "special" releases.

Seventeen are not new. They debuted in 2015 under pledis.. a not so big company but svt brought success. They brought reputation to their name by showing off their talent. They are in the top 3 of the biggest kpop boy group and as off now since exo is inactive they’re second. They’re known for being a well rounded group. They have the title of being the most synchronised kpop group and they have a very strong vocal line too. Seventeen are self produced.. woozi writes and composes most of svt songs other members help too. Hoshi makes svt choreography with the help of others such as the performance line. I suggest you react to more seventeen videos maybe some introduction videos + listening to some of their songs :)

The guy yoiur talking about is Hansol Vernon Chwe he is half Korean and half Caucasian American. He does have solo songs and also many duets and collaborations. Among them CharliXCX, Tobi Lou, M.O.L.O and two duets with other American member Joshua Hong. His best song would be called Lotto which was originally his own solo but was later made into a remix version that included the other rappers of the group.
All members even the rappers of the group sing and dance as well and Seventeen is a self producing group who write and compose all their own music as well as choreograph their own dances. Vernon is one of the members with the most song writing credits along with Woozi who has the most and who also produces the music. Wooxi won best producer award in 2021 at the Asian Artist Awards. This group debuted in 2015 and are known as 3rd generation Kpop. At the time of debut the youngest member was 16 years old the oldest 20. They are also considered the best dancers in Kpop as a group with the highest accuracy of synchronization. They are the second best selling Kpop group with BTS being number one. The best thing about Seventeen is they truly love performing and have an incredible love for their Fandom. They are extremely funny, chaotic and have some of the best chemistry of any Kpop group. They really love one another. They also are very active in different issues. They are very supportive of LGBTQ community, women's rights issues, racial discrimination issues and are not afraid to speak their minds surrounding these topics. They also are very active in giving back to the community through donations, volunteer work and going into places and doing the establishments work for a day so they can better understand how different peoples everyday life experience is. They came from very humble beginning where the company they were signed to was almost bankrupt and could not afford to give them the same promotion experiences bigger companies give. So they spent a lot of time during their predebut learning everything by themselves and promoting themselves and worked hard to get their debut. Now they are one of the most successful Kpop groups but they never forget where they started and that is why they work endlessly to always create content for their fans. You should watch a lot more of their content. It can be found on the Pledis Entertainment TH-cam page or under Hybe labels. The amount of talent in this group is insane.

the guy that was speaking english was born and raised in LA. his name is joshua. he only came to korea to join seventeen. and the rapper that you guys liked is vernon. he was born in NY but moved to korea when he was 5 years old. he speaks korean and english as well. and there are also 2 chinese members. the one you pointed out as not looking korean is jun. and the other one is the8 (stage name)/minghao (real name) and he was the member in the red hair. :) otherwise everyone else is korean.

Seventeen even though known for their power packed performance actually have one of THE best singers in the industry. Try watching their dance practices and i suggest listen to "kidult" and "Run to You"
If you want to check out some of Vernon’s solos, I recommend Lotto, Sickness (it’s actually an OST song), and Un Haeng Il Chi (hip hop unit song), those are my faves. Trauma is another good song by hip hop unit, I love Vernon’s verse in both those songs by HH unit. I can’t think of songs that has him singing and rapping but if you want more songs of him singing, maybe checking out songs like kidult, all my love. Those are a few songs where all members sing, no rapping.

Ok gentlemen, just a little info to help u out.
First off, there is 13 members. During their training period there was 17 members, but 4 of them decided to leave. This includes a now solo artist named Samuel. Now due to the fact that they started with the name Seventeen, they decided to keep it, but change its meaning:

Now I also noticed that you said that you thought that they all weren't Korean. And technically only two aren't. That would be Minghao (stage name The 8), the one with screaming red hair and Jun. Whom both are from China. The rest are Korean. But two of them are from America. One is Joshua, the one who spoke perfect English and introduced the song "Darling." The other one is Vernon, the one in the Black and White shirt that you guys noticed when he rapped for the song "Left and Right." He was born in New York, but raised in Korea from age 5. A son of a Korean father and a white mother. And he himself says he identifies more with his Korean side more than his American side.
As for a few of the others that caught your attention.
Keep in mind, they are one of those rare groups that have a leader for the whole group, that would be S.Coups, the one with the white Jacket and the black and white hair pulled back in a half ponytail. He is the leader of the whole group as well as the leader for the hip hop unit. Than the leader of the vocal unit is Woozi, the smallest one with the highest voice. He is also the producer and songwriter for the group, damn near writing and producing all of the music. And last but not least, Hoshi, leader of the preformance unit, he is also the choreographer for the group.he is the one with the spiky yellow/whitish color that looked almost angry when he sang. His nickname is Tiger, so he likes to work that..oh and by the way the three leaders currently have a song together called "Cheers."
The others that caught your attention due to their vocals. First, Boo Seungkwan. He likes to go by Boo. And the other was the one with the dark hair that was "running" and the end during "Very Nice," that is D.K. Now Boo, D.K., and Hoshi is the gag trio within the group....not only do they mess with each other, but the mess with every member as much as they can.
There are videos from when they were training where it was chaos. Not even controlled chaos, just pure chaos. One video that is well known among carats, (fandom name.) Seventeen consider their fans their diamonds and how do you measure a diamond? Carats. Now think about this, Mingyu, the tallest member, has always have been. And the smallest member, Woozi. Mingyu was messing with Woozi, and the last thing u do is mess with Woozi. All u see is Mingyu booking it across the training room, and right behind him is Woozi with a guitar in his hands above his head, bookin it after Mingyu, than through a door and they disappeared... this is just once incident of who is Srventeen.

Jun and the 8 are Chinese. Joshua is Korean but grew up in America. The rest are Korean.
The leader is S. Coups and he also is the leader of the hip hop sub group. Woozi is the sub leader for the vocals while Hoshi is the sub leader for performance.
