G'day Reuben,Hannah, Aiden and family. First Off, I have been following all you folk for a number of years now. Hannah Aiden were about 10 or 11 . Reuben I have just spent around 30 minutes talking to Hannah. She is a real credit to you and your family. Gorgeous personality and very easy to the eyes. Also checked out the Jimmy. Such a great build. 🎉😢
Hey there! Thanks so much for your kind words and for being a long-time follower of our adventures. We're thrilled to hear that you had a chance to chat with Hannah and found her to be delightful - she's definitely a special part of the DMW family. And we're glad you liked the Jimmy build too! We appreciate your support and look forward to sharing more adventures with you in the future. Cheers!
Haha, kids definitely have their own unique personalities! Hannah is a natural behind the wheel :). Your son seems to have his own ideas about car rides. It's all part of the fun and excitement of parenting. Thanks for sharing, and here's to many more memorable moments with your family!
Hannah has got a serious rig in the making. Well done Dad, great to see! I'd lose the BFG AT's and go a little more aggressive at same size. That will be a sweet and capable ride.....as long as she doesn't drive like Dad!!!🤣 Hannah, keep Dad out of your ride!!
She’s already proven she can outdrive him. Think the reason behind the ATs is it’s going to also be her daily, and they’re a good all-rounder that aren’t stupidly expensive.
Thanks! Hannah's rig is definitely shaping up nicely. And haha, noted on the tire upgrade suggestion! As for driving like Dad... well, let's just say she's got her own style behind the wheel. :)
Great Dad.Great bonding. Fantastic education. Fantastic to see Hannah develop her skills. She should have her own channel. She is a natural daughter like Dad.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed watching the father-daughter bonding moments and seeing Hannah develop her skills. It's been an incredible journey. You'll definitely see more of Hannah on this channel. Thank you for your support @christopher54179 .
Awesome video Reuben and Hannah wow Busta lime has turned out very nice. Wow Hannah you got very lucky with all of your goodies. So looking forward to seeing the finish product 😊
Thank you so much! BustaLime has definitely been a labor of love, and we're thrilled with how she's turning out. And yes, Hannah hit the jackpot with those goodies! :)
Absolutely! We're itching to see how the Jimny handles the tracks too. It's such a fun little rig, and we're confident it'll hold its own out there. Plus, getting out and having fun is what it's all about, right? Can't wait to share the adventure with you all!
The Zooks are great first car for p later they are fantastic off road.....but on road they are very frustrating they wouldn't pull granny of the dunny. A friend drove a zook from Brissie to Darwin, trying to pass and maintain 100ks drove him nuts.I was thinking of the possibility of installing a i30 or similar diesel.?
I was initially wondering how you could drive it on public roads unregistered and by an "L" plater. Then I noticed you were using your trade plates. 😁 I don't know about a mini Jeep Gladiator (as per your description), I think it looks more like a mini Toyota Landcruiser 79 Series. And what such great goodies you picked up today. Noice. 👍
One of my pet hates is servos that sell coffee, sitting waiting for someone to move their car from the bowser and they walk out with a coffee 🤬 park up and then get a coffee.
The old bolt drops outa the caliper trick! Had that occur on our Sierra but on a gravel road at speed. Went to apply brakes, hell of a cluter from front left. Once stopped goes to inspect, caliper floating, contained on rotor inside rim - bullshit!!! Figures I'm screwed, can't drive it, starts walking back along the road trying to get ph reception and bugga me, I finds 1 bolt, surely not, looks to be right length & diameter, so heads back and align it all & gets that bolt in finger tight, lets just say it was a very steady trip back into town, consistently stopping to nip bolt up. I do recall finding the second bolt on route home but I can't install it as it dislodged on bitumen and has damage to thread from being run over recall thinking what are the chances of that. I thought it was pretty amazing I found the one bolt initially on a gravel road I'd been traversing at 80klm an hour at when it fell from calliper. Finding both, how lucky was that? 😮 Weirdest thing, I'd just had my registration changed to a number plates my sister insisted were a bad omen, was that the case? Got me thinking!! Enjoy the concept yours fell out at basically zero klms, could have been a lot worse!!!
Wow, what a wild experience! It's incredible how sometimes things just fall into place. Thanks for sharing your story, and I'm glad to hear that despite the unexpected mishap, you made it back home safely. Here's to smooth travels and fewer surprises on the road ahead!
Thanks so much for the support! We're always planning and exploring new adventures. Keep an eye on our channel for updates on upcoming trips and content. We can't wait to share our next adventure with you!
Porters is the best nothing better then being there with the brophys tent 🎪 drinking beverages and having the most fun you can have in Australia with clothes on
@@dirtymuddyweekends 💯 mate honestly the brophys tent is the best thing in Australia Mr Fred himself and the boys nothing but great blokes and it's so good I'm pretty lucky to have been able to have a couple fights in that tent over the years and it is honestly the most fun with clothes on and 10 beers deep at least haha 😂 can't wait to see more dmw content especially on the little jimmny absolute rig I reckon ya might have to supercharge it and teach Hannah to Reuben rev it just don't break it to much or you'll have to get the girl in the shed on the tools and not just to fetch ya beers haha 😂
Come on ruben you could have sent that beer 😅 next time in woomba ill shout you 1 beer as long as you shout the rest😂😂 na for real ill shout you a 🍺 only in woomba not at plainlands there
I love the whole family concept here Ruben, its a pretty forgotten trait now days.....but I cant condone your Maccas fetish.....Mate, any similarity between what Maccas serve up and food is purely accidental.........
Haha, thanks for the feedback! Yeah, the family vibe is what it's all about. As for the Maccas runs, guilty as charged! Sometimes you just need that quick fix on the road, you know? But I hear you on the "accidental food" front. It's definitely not fine dining, that's for sure. :) Cheers!
I know your daughter will always be proud to have a father like you. Ruben, you are a champ 🙏💯
Thank you very much @ManzoGee12160

Love the interaction with dad and daughter. Hannah’s a natural. My son is the opposite he tries to get out of the car while the engines still running

Cool zookie Reuben 👍.
Great to see Dad & Daughter time.
Thanks! Dad and Daughter time is always a blast, filled with adventures and laughter!
The number of times I've gone to take off but haven't turned the car on is hilarious. You're not the only one Hannah 😂😂😂😂
Well done Ruben, good on you for sharing your passion with your daughter. You too make a good combo!
It's been an incredible journey sharing Reuben's passion with his daughter. They're quite the duo, right?! :) Cheers, mate!

It will be good to see the jimny hit the tracks and see how it preforms and you guys have fun

Hannah you must be so proud to have reuben as your dad and busta lime is looking awesome ❤😮
Absolutely! But Reuben couldn't be more prouder with Hannah too. She's a gem. :)

Agree. Wish it has a more powerful engine. Thanks for sharing @iandibley8032
Pies n Suasage rolls are the ultimate roadtrip breakfast.
Absolutely! Pies and sausage rolls make for the perfect road trip breakfast.
awesome Reuben, will be a top build
Thank you @rollyb5061
Are you using trade plates or a permit to drive around?
Wa Wa wait…. You and the old man are coming over here to Perth.
I’ll keep an eye out for the little rig
Give BustaLime a shoutout when you see us! 👍 Cheers mate!

@@dirtymuddyweekends hopefully it's not when I'm away for work 😬
Cool dad well done your daughter is going to be a great driver
Thanks so much! :)
Don't get busted blowing numbers with a learner behind the wheel
Only thing more lime coloured than Busta is my envy. 😊 Any other major modifications planned for the zook? fuel tank and a 1.8l engine maybe?
It's still a continuous development. a 1.8L engine would be good! ;) Sure Hannah would love that!
