This is for the main building without the full interior only, I did count this by eye but it should be pretty accurate but potentially off by 1 or 2. Thanks :D
So if I wanted to go bigger would I just extend it but keep it even?
@@shiemshiem2327 yeah literally just extend but make sure the numbers are even on the bits that are even so you get the pointy roof.. if that makes sense.. so rather than 4 you could do 6 or 8.. etc 👍

Just picked up ASA after a 6 year break from Ark. I'm very happy I found this channel! I would love to see a matching asthetic build for housing larger dinos although it'd be not so historically accurate lol

Im following this build. I love it. I made mine the exact same but with dino doors on the side with more storage in the middle. Looks amazing but changed it for a usuable drop off location.

I would like to see a waterfall home - one that showcases the waterfall either inside the house or right outside. If the house is at the base of the waterfall, not the top, I'd like to see a creative solution to keep creatures from falling down into the base area from above.

@@LolsAtLance I was thinking like you build something up with pillars near an ocean cliff, and you make big supporting pillars under it, a hidden stairs into one pillar to reach the water dino pen under it :D

NOTE - If your bulding this on a server in survival, I reccomend getting an argy to help reach the higher parts, theyre an abolsutle dream to have when building stuff like this, other than that this is a build i highly reccomend!

Fantastic build. I was playing Valheim a lot before getting into ASA so this is super cool. Big question though: How is your hair actually blonde in game? My character has great blonde hair in the character creation and in the inventory menu, but in game, it's brown. In the sunlight it is sort of reddish.
Thank you so much 😆, that is odd that your character has reddish hair after you made it blonde 🤔, have you tried craft a load of dyes and using the scissors to test out some hair dyes?
@@LolsAtLance I have not tried anything with the scissors yet. But it apparently isn't just me. There is a video called "Ark Survival Ascended Character Creation Guide - Blonde Female" and the first 3 seconds of the video you can see she isn't actually blonde in game and looks just like my character does.

How did you place the fence foundation without the grass disappearing?
Honestly I don't know how 😂😂 yesterday I placed some down and the grass all disappeared, I was confused because I didn't think it did that with the fence foundations. But apparently it does? I got lucky the game must have bugged for me 😅..

Hey! So I play on 1080x1920 resolution, High settings all round. (Can't reach epic settings, frame rate takes a huge hit)
Sometimes I play on the 2k resolution on high settings if my PC is feeling good lol

No worries! This is all off the top of my head as I always reply to comments late at night in bed 😆, but basically everything is ON but motion blur is OFF. My DLSS is on 'performance' and I don't have the other options available like the frame generation stuff, it won't let me turn any of that on. Hope this helps 🙏

@@LolsAtLance haha yeah I understand why people usually avoid taming titans. Wild card should really allow for pve players to keep the titanosaurs since there's really no harm in having one.

how did you add the paintings to the flags, that is very clever?
You toggle photo mode and at the bottom it will say 'save painting' you save it... then when you have a paintbrush you'll be able to upload the painting onto a flag etc as long as you have all the paints needed 👍

How would this look on evolved because Ik they look a lot different
The main thing that would be different is the railings on the roof and the sort of double roof on the top would be slightly different as you dont have access to quarter walls on evolved, so you would probably do a full wall instead which would just make it a bit taller :)
