    材料:
    150 克 木薯粉
    2 隻 蛋 (室温)
    3 隻 蛋黃 (室温)
    90 克 黃糖
    120 毫升 椰奶
    1 茶匙 酵母粉
    30 ml 溫水 (35度C)

    Ingredients:
    150 g Tapioca Flour
    2 Eggs (Room Temperature)
    3 Egg Yolks (Room Temperature)
    90 g Brown Sugar
    120 ml Coconut Milk
    1 tsp Instant Dry Yeast
    30 ml Warm Water (35 Degrees C)

    Say, when do I start stirring during the fermentation process if I don’t have an oven with light? And would the second time be towards the end of the 8 hours just before baking?

      You would have to stir every 3 hours or so within that 8 hours.

    Hi, i m interested to try. Can i not cook the santan ? any different ? and 8 hours is so long. If i keep overnite will the batter turn sour ? but if i put in the fridge it wont proof right ?

      You mean you don’t want to use santan? You can use soy milk instead. If you put into a oven and turn the light on it’s only needs 5 hours to proof. It’s needs warm temperature to proof

      @@PrettyKitchan i saw u warm the santan 1st, I mean if i ommit tat process can ? straight use the santan without cooking it. My oven cannot on light without temperature. If i keep in a container put room temperature overnite will it turn bad next day ? coz if put in fridge i think cannot proof.

      I warm up the santan to let it proof better. You can leave it in room temperature overnight

      我這個係用 bake, 全程用 410F. 放焗爐的中下層

    Hi, you mentioned 8hrs for fermentation, may I know this timing is based on what room temperature? If 5hrs, then is based on what temperature? I am staying in Malaysia,I think our temperature is around 28-33deg Celsius all the time could you please advise how many hours should I let it to be fermented? Also, how do I know it is ready fermented , how to justify it? Thanks.

      Hi there. Sorry for the late reply. So 8 hours for your room temperature and 5 hours for the oven with light on.(it’s about 38-40 C). You will see the bubbles forming on top. Thank you for subscribing 😘

    请问用的是普通酵母吗?还是耐高糖的?

      我用的係即溶乾酵母粉 instant dry yeast 只是普通的

      糖的份量會影響酵母的發酵程度、耐高糖酵母顧名思義就是可以在糖份較高時都可以保持正常的發酵.

      因為我放入開咗燈的焗爐中、溫度保持一致!所以可以縮短發酵時間😉
