You are really honing those BRP skills! Looks like your using more engine braking than before. I love the passing. You make it look easy, even on those super tight trails. I hope you and your wife are fully recovered from the CO incident, and I hope you have a great holiday season.
I am always happy to see something from you on the Honda BigRedPig. Thank you for doing this with this machine. It keeps the memory of this wonderful bike alive. I also own one and can't get the grin off my face. Greetings from Germany
I really miss my 650R, all I did to mine was put a braided front brake line on it and rode. Awesome bike, grunty, comfortable, bulletproof and very capable. Great ride! (he says, checking out the used bikes for an XR650R...)
@@victoroneill4381 yeah, now I wish I hadn't sold my 86 (?) XR600 that I bought in 1989 in 1998 or 99. Although it would probably be too much bike of me now and I'm enjoying a little 250 Rally these days.
It was great meeting you, Stan and Austin. I considered your suggestion on renaming my TH-cam channel “Slow guys, fast bikes” but decided to stick with the old name. 😎👍🏻🏁
nice to still see your passion for xr*s !! theyre great bikes- i raced the 600 in the 90s - some amateur enduros and cross...;-) which one would you prefer as a allround bike?? - i never had an watercooled 650....
Like a bull in a china shop. I love it. I race Vet Expert on an old KTM 525 so I can relate. 😛 What camera are you using here and is it an external mic?
Is this bike running the stock air intake and exhaust? Or has it been “uncorked” I started looking at 650R bikes recently and thought the stock setup was very pleasant to ride, good power that was strong and really manageable.
Great stuff dude. I have no idea how you do it, but great stuff. Because of the video stabilization I cant tell how it handles the bumps but it just seems effortless for you to throw around and I know how heavy they are.🤣
I know an old man that rides like this he never winds out the motor to make it scream he make sure that the rear tire has traction even at low RPM it’s all about traction
I cannot imagine running that size bike on those trails but you manage it well sir.
Damn, dude that was awesome, I crashed three times just watching…
So nice to see you use those legendary XR600 & XR650 bikes

Brings back memories of my XR600 days back in the '80s/90's!

The rate at which you catch and pass - epic! Great vids keep ‘em coming #xrterritory
I can’t believe you’re running the stock roost guards!!
Nothing better than the sound of a raging big bore 4 stroke
you make that look easy. Really showing of the Big Pig there and that monster torque.
Love watching you ride , insanity , i would have stalled my XR650R so many times or gone over the handle bars LOL , well done sir 👍
Maybe look into the crf250l for yourself you might like it more
Impressive riding! Great pace and passing attack mode even in the tight stuff. Sounded like you were riding a rhino.
you killed it man!! much respect!
What a beast to ride and how! Apparently no need to go all out, I bet only the top half of the throttle slide wears a little.
U know Y because XR'S RULE!!!!!
THANK'S from NOR-CAL!!!!!

I checked for 10 years before I found one at a reasonable price.
They're listed at double/triple what they're worth.
@@fastguysslowbikes Try buying one in Newzealand it would make your eyes water lol.

I got arm pump just watching....amazing riding sir! I would love to try out my KLX300R in a woods race like that someday.

Cool! Would you be faster with a 600r or this 650r in these tight trails?
That. Was. Awesome.
I have an XR650R and I live in Williford Arkansas. If you are ever in the area hit me up.
hello what You prefer for trial and open terrain ride xr 600 or xr 650r?
I love the BRP , but I think this trail is better with a XR600R
What gearing was you riding? Sprocket sizes. Grate riding
Stock
can you tell me where this is held in what town

Post race interview please 🙂

You fast, take no prisoners, do you blip the throttle when down shifting:-)
Do you have an aftermarket radiator fan?
St Mary's Georgia??
Very impressive mate .what tyre pressure are you running on the beast.
I had an XR650R for a little while. I could really only handle that much power while on wide open freeways tbh.
RESPECT.
I know an old man that rides like this he never winds out the motor to make it scream he make sure that the rear tire has traction even at low RPM it’s all about traction
I could never keep up with that old man
Oh wait he does scream it when it’s appropriate
there is that, but also that xr makes bucketloads of torque where others idle
Awesome.
Is it hard to go through tight trails like that with such long gearing? Or does it make it easier not really having to shift out of first?
I don't think I really use 1st in those trails. 2nd and 3rd.
Мотор тяговый лишний раз можно не переключаться, вытягивает
Have you done any kind of work to the bike
No, nothing
Wow u ride that bike good
going!
love the vids also 1st
Does this guy have an Instagram page?
I do but there's not a bunch of dirt bike stuff on there. Lumberjake_arborist
