Because we would have to pay instead of just supporting him
late response, but if remember correctly he once said year or more ago, that he enjoys not being with a company/etc. Allows for more creative freedom, his own personal style, etc etc. Being with netflix or food network/etc would take away a lot of creative control and much more.

My absolute favorite episodes are when Sonny and Calvin adventure together. You can tell they really love each other's company and it adds a lightness and fun that's really appealing.

I love when Calvin is with Sonny. They are both hilarious and having someone there that understands Sonny's jokes and sense of humor and doesn't just stand there confused because they don't speak English and Sonny doesn't speak their language.. is a nice change of pace to have someone react instead of just me reacting at home by myself and thinking maybe I'm crazy lol they work good together 😄

Yeah these two work great together. I've eaten chicken butt. Now it was off a roast chicken I've bought already cooked from my grocery deli, and sometimes when my mom would make baked chicken with dressing. My grandfather was a butcher, and sometimes liked to eat brains. Lot of work to prepare them right, so grandma didn't do it too often. They were german and he made various sausages. My dad would sometimes eat head cheese(no eyeballs involved.) Grandma also used chicken feet to make soup. She scrubbed them clean, then put them in the pot with water, herbs,etc.She used to according to daddy take the cooked ones out of the soup, and chew on the feet. She used to also use rendered goose or chicken fat to make special german cookies. Sometimes she would make tongue. I like barbacoa which is made from the beef head.Tamales can be made with pigs heads or beef heads,and other things, even sweet ones with pumpkins, etc.but some of this stuff i won't eat.

Damn this channel grew so big! I remember when I first stumbled upon this channel and it barely had over a few thousand subs and how I thought this channel deserved way more views and subs. It’s reached that point and I’m very happy for the man and his crew that used to do this for basically nothing if not spending more than they earned to create this amazing content for us
