    오믈렛이 진짜 모양은 간단? 해보여도 만들때는 엄청 손많이가고 어려운? 요리라고 들어서 시도조차 못해보고있어요 ㅠㅋㅋ
    그냥 봐도 저처럼 성질급한사람들은 못 만들고 바로 스크램블로 넘어갈거같네요

    아무생각 없이 레시피대로 하고 후라이팬에 넣고 보니까 바닥이 너무 넓더라... 접기는 시도도 못해보고 휘젓자마자 스크램블 에그 되버림

    오믈렛은 그냥 프라이팬이아니라 오믈렛 전용으로 나온 작고 동그란 팬을 쓰셔야 계란 3개로 예쁘게 만드실 수 있습니다. 다이소나 마트 조리도구전문점 등 가면 팔고 있고요. 시험 준비하시는 분들 흐르지 않거나 굳어있어도 절대 0점처리 안되고 모양과 색, 충전물이
    빠져나오지 않았는지 이 세가지가 제일 중요합니다. 심사에서 안잘라보시는 분들도 상당히 많고, 반숙이 합격의 필수조건은 아닙니다. 스크램블이 굳어서 낭패 절대 안봅니다. 실제 시험장 가셔서 스크램블 다 굳어도 색 모양 충전물 안 빠져나와있으면 영상보다 조금 못 만드셔도 오믈렛은 합격점입니다. 그리고 미리 만들어두세요. 제출시간 5분전에 만드시면 절대 안됩니다. 실수해도 만회할 시간도 없고 재료가 전부 준비되어있을지라도 백명중 99명은 타임아웃으로 탈락합니다. 전 그쪽 전공자고 작년에 양식준비해 취득했던사람인데, 저런 정보로 준비하시는 분들이 혼란을 겪으실까 걱정되네요.

      유의사항에 0.5~0.8cm만 익고 가운데가 반숙이어야 한다는 사항이 있는데, 0.8cm면 거진 완숙이라고 보시면 됩니다. 약불의 프라이팬 위에서, 저렇게 두꺼운 계란을 겉면이 타지 않게 완전히 완숙으로 익히기도 상당히 어렵습니다. 그러니 계란이 흘러내리지 않을정도로 안전하게 넉넉히 익혀 제출하시는 게 제일 좋습니다. 특히 스페니쉬오믈렛은 봉합부분을 충분히 익혀 제출하시는 게 좋습니다.

    This was very relaxing. I can't wait to try this. Some may see this as a lot of time and effort in making just an omelet, but if you look at it from an artistry and presentation view it is wonderful. This would look nice if presented to a house guest or for someone you love as a special breakfast. It shows you took the time and love to give them something special. Great video with great instructions, I can't wait to try this out.

    작년에 우연히 보고 '오 신기하다' 이랬는데 올해 양식 시험 준비를 하면서 영상 몇 번 봤어욥 연습은 두 번 밖에 못 해봤지만요ㅠㅠ 근데 시험날 치즈오믈렛이 나와서 이 영상이 딱 생각나더라고요! 결국 한 번에 합격했습니당 감사합니다

    제과계의 마카롱 급 과제인 오믈렛...보기엔 쉬워 보이지만 불 조절이 관건입니다. 겉이 살짝 갈색으로 탄다? 네, 불합격☆ 오믈렛이 살짝 찢어졌다? 네, 불합격입니다! ㅠㅜㅜㅠ 겉보기엔 잘 만들어도 안이 안 익어있으면 망합니다. 겉을 안태우면서 익히는거 진짜 어려워요

      네, 맞아요! 감점이 되지, 탈락은 아닙니다. 채점 받을 순 있습니다. 하지만 다들 아실겁니다. 그 감점 하나로 합격과 불합격이 갈린다는걸...특히 갈색으로 탄 건 눈에 너무 강렬하게 보이기 때문에 불합격될 확률이 제일 높고, 찢어진것도 어느 정도 찢어졌냐에 따라 다릅니다. 심하게 찢어졌음 그냥 마음놓고 오시는게 좋습니다.
