He’s always tried hard but we never had the structure to make use of the skills our players have. EtH has shown that tactical quality has shown how a quality set up can drive team performance. It’s clear in the patterns we see in transition, with the ball, or off the ball.
Luke Shaw has shown tremendous character to come back from almost losing a leg from a horrific tackle in Rotterdam and having been publicly humiliated by Mourinho. He has also been rubbished by many so-called fans, but he is still here and playing with great consistency.
I watched him the week before his horror tackle. He tackled someone and you could hear the noise in the stadium. I thought at that point he, or the other player had broken there leg! I m convinced it was weakened after that game!
The way ETH has transformed the whole team is magical. I still believe that there is more to be unleashed by the team and I can’t stop enjoying the way we play now.

Shaw has been a sensation. Whether at LB those driving runs forward being a constant outlet whipping balls into the box to playing as a LCB like a complete natural. Far as I'm concerned he's right up there among the best full backs in the world. His career was almost ended he almost lost his leg a few seasons ago with that horrific double leg break & I think mentally it took a huge toll on him but he's recovered & is playing his best ever football. A vital member of Ten Hag's team. He's also becoming bit of a leader aswell

In my opinion, ETH was testing Ronaldo. He wanted to see for himself if he could handle being a team player. Unfortunately, his ego got the better of him. Shame for Ronaldo and the club. But life goes on.

Solskjaer was way too soft. Van Gaal too set in his ways, Mourhino too arrogant (but imo best coach since fergie until now) Rangnick was too introverted. It wasn't looking good. I thought at one point we were gonna bring gary neville in as coach thats how shit we were. Anyway who's glad now we didn't get poccetino ? I am, didn't see anything spectacular happeining with pocc...

Ten Hag has a core of very important players in the team and Shaw is one of them along with Casemiro, Martinez, Varane, Bruno, Rashford and the rest of the team and the squad is doing incredible. Hard work paying off and what a manager we got. 😎
obviously I can't compare bruno to cantona, but he definitely has a similar effect , that he brings the best out of his team mates, and he often leads the charge like a warrior when morale is down. I love Bruno Fernandes for what he has done since he arrived ! Plays like he was born and raised in Salford.

Luke Shaw played extremely well last 2 seasons and also at the Euros but ETH has managed to still improve him more….Shaw is a clear example of investing in youth…He has come very good after so many years
Shaw is definitely one of the best left back in the world. He is great going forward and he is good in defence. He can play as a centre back just as good as lb. So happy for him for this form when there was time everybody including me wanted him to leave with his continuous injuries.

CB or LB Luke just make both position seems like a natural fit for him even in big games. He said Licha’s a monster but Luke quite a monster too himself. Shows you where right mentality and attitude can bring you.
I've been Luke's biggest critic. I think he plays at 60% of his ability. Even in 2nd gear he is better than the TTA. He could also be better than Irwin and Evra. That is who I measure him against. But yes, this is arguably his best season.
Shaw is underrated , never mentioned by the media in a positive manner during a match even when he plays a better game more consistently the any other player for Man Utd. irreplaceable.
I believe Shaw playing at the centre back position for a few games has made it easier for him to stay away from injuries this season. The full back position nowadays is one of the most demanding positions in modern football.
Shaw is so consistent, every game whether at LB or even CB he gives a 7/10 minimum. Technique is a joke, he might have the best touch in the entire squad.
Special rashy and martial because they came in as young promising talent under LVG and went he left the lads had no proper coaching, I kept saying if rashy had pep or kloop as a manager he will be an absolute nightmare for defenders.

I was always in awe of Luke Shaw how he recovered fom a leg break that would end the career of most players. I had the same injury and my recovery took 14 months to get fit again. I think Shaw was already training 12 weeks after his injury.
Not many players would come back from a bad leg break and regain their confidence as Shaw has. Careers get ended that way. He has courage and deserves respect, for sure.

It is actually a miracle to change position to CB at times and play that well. Shows the talent he has.
