    I know this is an old video, pero ang laking tulong po neto for me. Lagi ako nagtataka bakit sprinting/jogging seems very hard for me at ngayon dahil sa video niyo alam ko na kung anong ginagawa kong mali. Will try this on my cardio training.

    heel striker po ako leaning forward my body ng kunti pero wala naman problema then trinain ko ang self ko to be a barefoot striker and it was ok.

      Mali yan mam delikado yan sa tuhod mo po..madali lang baguhin yan..start ka sa very first basic Balance and Jumping na landing BOF Ball OF Foot para masanay ka...Kasi proper landing talaga ang ball of foot..then pwede muxa gawin pareho Jump Landing in Hell and Jumping Landing in Ball Of Foot then observe mo silang dalawa ano po mas madali..keep running po

      try nyo po relax yung mga daliri nyo sa paa pag tumatakbo minsan po kasi dinidiin natin ito nag cause ng shin splints.

    14:40 mins ang pinaka mabilis ko sa 3km run, gusto ko po sana mas higitan ito kasi mag aapply po ako sa tribureau. Any tips po for fast pace? At tsaka cheap na running shoes pero magaan sa paa. Thank you po

      try doing repeats like 400X10 repeats meaning run 400 meters rest for 1 minute then repeat 10X.

      Hi Glen may ginawa akong vlog about sa 3K running kailangan mo lang mag training para dyan unti unti lang or bagalan mo lang ang pag takbo.

    Boss. Ano ideal na i consume bago mag jogging? Planning ako ngaun taon bumalik sa pag jog. Dati kasi hangang 5km run lang kaya ko. Tumatakbo ako sa empyy stomach sa pag kakaalam ko na mas mabilis ako mag loose ng weight. Ok po ba ang oatmeal plus 2 boild white eggs bago tumakbo?

      if less than an hour po yung takbo okay lang kahit walang kinain. Pero pag mahahabang run para sakin okay po ang oat meal or sandwich 2 hrs before running.

    2 weeks palang aq tumatakbo sir. Ung binti q lagi tumitigas, kaya q pa sana tumakbo pero ngalay na or masakit na binti q. Normal lng po ba? At sa katagalan masasanay nrin binti q? 😅 Ty

      Sa experience ko.. madalas lang ako natakbo i mean kung kaya everyday ginagawa ko ayun ung dating di ko kayang takbuhin ng walang hinto ngayon kaya ko na lampas pa..

Ang hirap po kasi Sir nag babawas po ako ng timbang ngayon pero minsan ako na mismo nabibitin sa sarili ko paano Sir 4 mins pa lang pagod na ako e anong bagal bagal ng jogging ko tapos ang weird pa Sir pag sinunod ko yung proper running mas mabilis ako mapagod.       @@IvoryTV0527 thank you Sir. Tatakbo na lang ako lagi sir. Sa ngayon kasi sir pag mag jogging ako 4 mins pa lang pagod na ako tapos ang bagal lang ng jog ko nun. Tapos pag sinunod ko pa po yung proper running posture mas mabilis ako mapagod.

    Mabilis sumasakit ang likuran ng binti ko pag tumatakbo. Ano po mai aadvice niyo para maiwasan ang mabilis na pagsakit

      Madami po pwedeng reason una po yung form nyo baka may mali po dahil sa muscle imbalance. Pwede din po na masyadong mabilis ang pace nyo kaya sumasakit kaagad kadalasan po ito kapag malakas ang endurance nyo dahil sa ibang sports like cycling. Try nyo po bagalan ng konti yung pagtakbo nyo. Check nyo din po yung shoes na gamit nyo baka worn out na or baka hindi pang running. Sana po nakatulong.
