Philmont Special Food Procedures

Just got back from a 12 day trek at Philmont. This video was invaluable to making sure that we did our food right. The Logistics team was great in getting our crew and special diet foods to the all of the necessary pickup locations. I really think that this department provides the best real world foundation for how to run a business. While pretty much everyone at Philmont is great, the people that work in the Logistics division of Philmont are excellent!!
