    I loooooove your videos. They have had such a positive impact on dealing with my anxiety and my insomnia. Before, 3-4 hours of sleep a night was my normal. And it affected me so much. Anxiety, depression, nausea. Now I average 6 hours a night. That to me, is a lot. And it’s made such a difference. What u do makes a difference in peoples lives. Be proud of yourself. And a big heartfelt thank you.

      Same here. I've tried so many techniques and therapy....this is all that works when I'm having harsh panic attacks. Take a shower....then put on Michael.

    I’ve searched the internet up and down, and I can’t find a meditation in which “someone” is telling me all the beautiful and loving things, like “I love you”, “you mean a lot to me”, “my life wouldn’t be the same if you weren’t in it”, “you are perfect to me”, “you don’t need to change anything about you, you just need to be a happier yourself”, “I love seeing your smile” and such. The kind of things I really wish I heard my parents say to me growing up, or now. The kind of things I wish I heard from my friends, or someone who chose me as their lifelong partner. COULD YOU MAKE ONE?? ❤ Call it “I love you - sleep meditation”
    Most meditations are for “self” love, and I’m kind of tired having to do it all myself, plus always be the only one hearing me say I love me. It would be nice to hear someone say it to me. Also, it would be nice to sleep hearing you are loved, and not always hearing messages of “reprogramming” and having courage, being powerful etc. I’m tired of working on me tired of always having to change. I just want to hear I am enough, I’m doing enough, I am loved, and I am loved just the way I am right now.

    I lost my loved one last year, I used to listen daily and finally convinced him to listen to two of your meditations before he had died. I gradually stopped listening after that, but they helped me so much I can’t remember why I stopped. I’m still broken.. I’m glad I’m back. It just feels like a home I can always return to. Thank you.

      I am glad you found somewhere to give peace where there's pain. I lost a fiance and best friend and now neither there to hold to missing the other but loss of both now have to come to Michael while my own health declining.     I’ve been struggling with a blocked and tense jaw, back pain, gastrointestinal issues to the point of randomly throwing up until I noticed it might be due to stress and anxious behaviors I’ve picked up over the past few months. I listened to this while falling asleep and today for the first day in all this time, i woke up feeling better than the day before. My jaw feels so much better; my headache has passed almost completely and I didn’t throw up or had toilet problems!! Thank you so freaking much!

    I always have a hard time resting well and to distress i usually just drink a few beers. Yesterday i just got home. I heard this video and the calming voice and I fell asleep so fast. I was going up the stairs in between to sleep in my bed and i almost fell. My body just wanted to just go sleep in my bed. I woke up as if i had slept a whole week. Very well Rested. I will keep hearing this videos. It actually made me wake up calm, relaxed, and in a great happy mood.

    Really good stuff. Had a bit of a heart scare last week. The past few nights falling asleep has left me apprehensive. Trying to put less stress on myself and fall asleep to more positive vibes.     It’s the third time i’ve rewatched this since last night, and each time it gets better. From reducing my anxiety in bed, to doing a few activities at home leading to relaxing outside. He has helped me a lot in just 12 hours. Listening to this helps me remember what I need to do to reduce my anxiety

    I have listened to this many nights in row. I don’t know if it is this recording particularly or if I am used to this voice at this point, but this recording has helped me with sleep so much. I have been falling asleep within minutes which is an improvement from hours. I hope this will become a long-term success for me.

    I was just tossing around the idea of a mid day nap. It's snowing here on the homestead today and you just uploaded a new meditation so there's my answer! 🏹💤💤
    Update: I took a great nap with this, I relaxed right into sleep and awoke slowly on my own with 5 minutes left. Those are the best kind of naps, thank you 🤍🤍 looking forward to using this one over and over

    Thank you so much. Your voice is beautiful and calming and I am going to listen again and share this. You helped me so much already. I needed to hear this to help me start relaxing and getting my brain to rest so I can sleep. I’ve had several chronic illnesses that have affected my sleep and so many things the last 28 years. I appreciate your thoughtfulness in helping “us”. To me it is a blessing that I found this meditation.
