Thank you for the Podcast. Very useful information. I have one question though. I did not understand why he picked cold water over hot water for drinking.
Drinking cold water can have many benefits, including: * Improved workout performance: Cold water can help you cool down faster during exercise, which can help prevent overheating and improve your endurance. * Reduced inflammation and muscle soreness: Cold water can help reduce inflammation and numb nerve endings, which can help relieve muscle soreness after a workout. * Increased alertness: The shock of cold water can help fight fatigue and increase alertness. * Increased feelings of fullness: Drinking cold water can help you feel fuller, which can help you avoid snacking and opt for healthier alternatives. * Increased metabolism:- Drinking cold water can temporarily boost your metabolism because your body spends energy warming it to your core temperature.
@drrohinipatil Can you pls tell me if seed oil is not good choice then should we stop using peanut oil, mustered oil, sesame oil and only use coconut oil in all cooking procedure...
My 88 year old husband who is a dialysis patient and keeping well with driving. Walking etc has pure oats and berries every day. Im 76, have an autoimmune illness, healing after a mastectomy. I eat oats with two types of berries, cashews and raisins. By God's grace I'm doing well.

Wonderful episode all concepts were well discussed and spot on but there is a twist many in the tail...fats first will destroy the metabolism and make mitochindria dysfunctional you may wonder why? Let me tell you most fats are PUFAS it has a huge burden on liver and promotes insulin resistance by liberating free fatty acid it causes peroxidation of fatty acids, next major concern is endotoxin, serotonin overdrive, low dopamine, high estrogen, low progesterone, low thyroid function, fatty liver all further adding up to insulin resistance going low fat, having min fats like saturated fat, avoiding vegetable fat, nuts, seeds and increasing calcium by means of dairy and more glucose is the key to reverse insulin resistance not limiting glucose...but anything thats high is glucose and fat destorys insulin resistance by means of randle effect...hence fats are bad as they upregulate high cortisol and adrenaline and release free fatty acid to release glucose by means of gluconeogenesis, cause viscious cycle insulin resistance and high metabollic stress...metabolism is regulated by atp from glucose not fats or ketone.
