Vegan Cheese Empanadas

This is another great traditional Chilean recipe I gave my vegan twist to. I made vegan "beef" empanadas in a previous video this is a similar recipe but made with vegan cheese from one of my favorite local vegan cheese shops here in Los Angeles link below. This recipe can be made with any vegan cheese pick your favorite! Let me know in the comments below if you have a favorite vegan cheese you would recommend.
