Vegan Churrasco Sandwich

This is a traditional Chilean street food growing up my mom would make it for the hot summer pool party days. It is a simple sandwich not too much to it but I wanted to add that same meatiness texture you would get when biting into a steak sandwich, so what better way to mimic that than with portobello mushrooms. This sandwich is packed with flavor and little to no time to make.
