Guys, you may want to check out Aalaap Raju's videos, where he plays the bass track separately, highlighting to the next-gen listeners how each and every Ilaiyaraja composition had such an intricate and beautiful bass track written and recorded. The only problem is the limitations in the 80s in mixing and recording these songs to the quality level we would like.
I would love to see your reactions to some of these videos. I know you guys are musically sound and excellent critics.
