KUDOS! i'm honestly quite impressed how balanced HSR is, that Seele that was the first DPS introduced is still very relevant after so many "new insane DPS" characters... i used the rerun to get her S1, and while trying to get Guin (which i did not :S ) i got E1 for my Seele! with 166 base SPD and 80ish% CR she's become even more of a dragon slayer!
For a pro tip on Jingliu, when you are about to transform and you have Ult, use the Ult before her new turn starts to retain the buffs you had prior. This lets you carry over things like the 96% dmg from Bronya for her Ult and it will count as in your transformed state, which, as you can imagine, is a massive damage increase. While this didn't end up mattering for cycles, between the mess up with the technique and the unoptimized ultimate timing, Jingliu was a fair bit held back. And, yeah, you are correct, if you go in with three supports, you are essentially fishing for 0 cycles. I know from my own Jingliu clears that I often kill soon after the first cycle passes, so having, say, a Tingyun or Asta in place of my sustain would make a 0 cycle not too difficult to obtain.

As for retaining buffs, this also works when using bronya's ult right when she's entering her state. So it goes Bronya E > Jingliu E > immediately use bronya's ult then Jingliu's ult right after. The buff is active but won't start its duration countdown until Jingliu's actual turn. This could get you a nice ult buffed with bronya's e+ult+her own state buffs. And sometimes, if cycled properly, she can even get 3 ults + 5 enhanced skills from a single transformation.
I'm still impressed that seele is just as strong as these 2 considering the fact she was literally the 1st limited unit ever to be added to the game. it's not too surprising since seele literally breaks the fundamental laws of any turn-based game and that will always have value. Now we need to see a 4 way battle of all dot units on their crit builds even tho it sounds like agony to get done 😂.

I can deal more damage with quantum." I can't farm for traces, I don't have enough fuel. It wants my stellar jades. It's zero(after losing 50/50). "Guess this is the end." It grabs my quantum weakness. Seele says "Disappear among the sea of butterflies, illusions of the past." There is no hint of sadness in it's eyes. Nothing but pure, -10% Def Ignore (additional -10% ignore if enemy has quantum weakness). What a cruel world
I get JL and selee, JL mostly coz how PEN and shred mechanic works, with pela and her sogn conegives quantum set very close performance vs ice set vs non quantum enemies. But how DHIL best set is quantum while not fighting quantum weakness enemies? 10% pen idk if enough vs imaginary 10% + atl 12%.
I don’t regret getting seele. But it’s just sad seeing how the damage on non quantum enemies just isn’t there. Where jingliu doesn’t really care for if they are weak to ice or not.
Strange you didn't know how Jinglui's technique worked after she's been out for quite some time now. Either way good showcase for all 3 of them even Seele being an older characters still being able to hang with 2 OP destruction characters.
thank you! yeah ive played and tested jingliu for a long time as well and i think this is more of a mistake from habit (i usually just use pela technique from range, which means i've been using it outside of jingliu's technique range)
3:10 it's because pela, as a ranged atk-to-enter-battle unit, can shoot from outside Jingliu's ring of freeze. The enemy was simply not in the circle when u saw the red circle with pela.
I think hanya might be insane with IL, and honestly 4 star or 5 star doesn't really change how strong a harmony character can be, as we've seen with tingyun
@@zannax351 hanya will be stable for him for sure. Leaks show that 2.0 will have Hanabi 5 star quantum harmony. Her kit is perfect for him. I suspect she will replace hanya. And the best team in the game will be IL Yukong habi and a solo sustain. Tingyun is five star level because her kit is loaded with buffs that work with anyone and in situation but for now she is better than all 4 stars in general though some teams have better synergy with other 4 stars. Like asta and dot for example .
I noticed the problem with Jingliu's technique as well, I believe that if you switch out too fast after using her technique it won't actually proc and therefore it won't give you your stack.
7:59 Hey, little thing i noticed is that you waited until jingliu had moved into the next turn, but you can actually activate bronya ult and then Jingliu ult directly after her moving into the Spectral transmigration state(which counts as follow up) to keep broyas dmg% buff on Jinglius ult while also having the crit rate and atk boost for maximum dmg on her ult(if your Bronya doesn´t have that one eidolon, which would make this meaningless). Anyway I really liked the video hoping for more in the future.
genuinely don't understand why people think seele is powercrept now because both jingliu and dhil's damage sure reaches 100k but that's blast meaning its mostly 60k main target 40k on adjacent ones (not to mention IL needs 3sp) while seele does 100k on one enemy and it makes sense, she's a hunt character...

But but but... Seele's supposed to do less single target dmg than them, why did you have to show this. On a serious note, maybe now people will stop saying this. Even IL with his 470k barely did 55% of the boss' hp .. so roughly 180k of that 470k was on the boss, the other 290k was blast/memory turbolence JL's ult did 167k .. the extra traces will bring her up to par with IL While Seele's ult did 271k, which is just about 82%. Btw, once you get crit dmg body on Seele she can one-hit the bug, that's something Jingliu's missing compared to the rest of the dealers. She's already at her peak as she can't get that extra crit dmg that others can.

Wdym barely did 55% of the boss hp? Where did u take that percent, dhil 3 enhanced attack will deal most damage to the middle chosen target and FYI his traces were low compared to seele who is double crowned
@@restart6358 Did you watch the video? Did you check the memory turbolence? The true swarm boss has 325k hp. When IL started his attack the boss had 85% hp and you're actually right he didn't do 55% as the boss went down to 33% instead.. it's the first swarm explosion that brought him to 30%. Guess we can remove almost 10k dmg from his numbers... bringing him to 170k dmg on the boss. And yes, his traces aren't maxed, but if you think, that they'd bring him back from a 100k deficit, there's definitely an issue. I'd by surprised if both of those traces give him a ~20k increase. IL's basic attack is at 6/6 and it's the biggest contributor to his damage.. the extra 6% crit dmg and 7.2% dmg would barely make a mark.
At 8:09 when she was just tranforming into transmigration state, you can use Bronya's ult and then Jingliu's ult to have Jingliu's ult have both Bronya skill and ult buff because when she's transmigrating she hasn't got into her turn yet so she can still have the Bronya buff
Yeah Seele do struggle a bit with her actual team comps. I do think Hanya will become one of her cherished supports since she gives a lot of buffs and refund skill points and give a lot of speed for seele to reach 160 speed threshold without having speed boots or e2.
Us HSR players are just built different, like I swear. The devs threw us the Swarm Disaster, and even though we struggled with it at first, it became somewhat "trivial". And here we are, waiting excitedly for 2 new stages in 1.6 MoC. What the hell is 'excessive anxiety' anyway, that doesn't exist in our hood here
Somewhat I noticed that you didn't come close in contact with the enemy while you activate Jingliu's technique so you didn't get the stack for the early activation of her talent
Seele will probbaly get powercrept by the next hunt character that comes out(gotta make dem yummy money somehow) while jingliu is just balanced in terms of damage, DHIL inhales your skill points for damage so unless ya got 3 skill point positive characters then you arent doing much
I mean there’s Topaz and she’s not even close to Seele. Looking at further leaks, the next hunt character is Dr.Ratio;he’s more or so facing against IL which is not even close.
Thank you for the videó, I have a clear vision what my Jingliu will be able to do. I pulled for her Signiture LC, but still doesn't feel as strong as my IL with herta LC. Is Bronya making this much difference in Jingliu's performance. I still couldn't get a copy of her.
The reason why your jingliu kept on entering without the 1 free stack is because you need to freeze them with her aura then hit them with anyone else to get the stack. Hope this helps 🐧
As a seele main for a few years now I paused when you mentioned the no Quan weakness. (Haven't watched the rest of the video yet) I think the other 2 being on Quan damage set as well as seele being on it is a close enough trade off.

After using Jing Liu's technique, you need to walk close enough to the target so the target is in its radius. You can visibly see the target freeze as soon as it comes in contact with the AOE.

Of course this turbulunce buff is alot better for seele than the other two and she has quantum weakness for at least two thirds of the total hp pool of the enemies. IL only has weakness for one third of the total hp pool. Wouldnt surpise me if yanqing can beat all of these teams which just shows you how misleading turblulences can be.

Nope, it's actually better for Jing Liu and Dan Heng IL because they do extra damage on the adjacent enemies so if they weren't able to kill them normally, they'd for sure get a guaranteed kill making it way easier and beneficial for them instead of Seele. You only say this because Seele's Resurgence effect is broken allowing her to have 4 turns back to back remaining all buffs (such as Quantum res pen, bronya skill etc).
The thing about why Seele is lacking is that Blast offers more clear potential and huge ST numbers are still undermined since most mobs cater multiple adds rather than giving 1v1 vibes, therefore hindering Seele's potential. But recent MOC (Topaz's banner) felt like they are testing adding blast potential for Hunt units, so idk.... Blast dps might be deemed "common" soon so idk.
Off topic but as Black Swan beibg a new dot char with much higher scaling than Kafka, should Kafka use wind orb instead since kafka turn other dot into hers with skill and burst
Kafka's stats don't effect other dots than her own, she only triggers them. So Black Swan's dot will only be affected by Black Swan's stats. Kafka still wants lightning orb.

U think that half quantum half frost could work? I mean chinque, Seele and Herta with March. On Paper is should have both single and AOE damage potential with high freeze. Sadly dont have Seele to try it out. :/
Unfortunately it's best to bring an offensive support to maximize Seele's potential, and having 2 eruditions honestly is not the best idea either due to skill point issue
The only reason to bring silver wolf here is to implant quantum but it’s actually super inefficient - by the time you use your skill points to do that both of those two elites are already dead

But but but... Seele's supposed to do less single target dmg than them, why did you have to show this.
On a serious note, maybe now people will stop saying this.
Even IL with his 470k barely did 55% of the boss' hp .. so roughly 180k of that 470k was on the boss, the other 290k was blast/memory turbolence
JL's ult did 167k .. the extra traces will bring her up to par with IL
While Seele's ult did 271k, which is just about 82%.
Btw, once you get crit dmg body on Seele she can one-hit the bug, that's something Jingliu's missing compared to the rest of the dealers. She's already at her peak as she can't get that extra crit dmg that others can.

@@artumbo ... I'm using 6% crit rate on mine, that's all I could get. And the sad thing, that's not even my worst luck... out of 1000+ pieces, I've only ever had 10 atk quantum boots, only one of those had an offensive stat.. 1 crit rate, that rolled once till +15.

The true swarm boss has 325k hp. When IL started his attack the boss had 85% hp and you're actually right he didn't do 55% as the boss went down to 33% instead.. it's the first swarm explosion that brought him to 30%. Guess we can remove almost 10k dmg from his numbers... bringing him to 170k dmg on the boss. And yes, his traces aren't maxed, but if you think, that they'd bring him back from a 100k deficit, there's definitely an issue. I'd by surprised if both of those traces give him a ~20k increase. IL's basic attack is at 6/6 and it's the biggest contributor to his damage.. the extra 6% crit dmg and 7.2% dmg would barely make a mark.
remember to pull for who you like :) star rail isn't competitive unlike honkai, so as long as you can clear content, you're fine

At 8:09 when she was just tranforming into transmigration state, you can use Bronya's ult and then Jingliu's ult to have Jingliu's ult have both Bronya skill and ult buff because when she's transmigrating she hasn't got into her turn yet so she can still have the Bronya buff

Yeah Seele do struggle a bit with her actual team comps. I do think Hanya will become one of her cherished supports since she gives a lot of buffs and refund skill points and give a lot of speed for seele to reach 160 speed threshold without having speed boots or e2.
Me having none of the three DPSs and using QQ and Blade as my two main DPSs.

Somewhat I noticed that you didn't come close in contact with the enemy while you activate Jingliu's technique so you didn't get the stack for the early activation of her talent

Seele will probbaly get powercrept by the next hunt character that comes out(gotta make dem yummy money somehow) while jingliu is just balanced in terms of damage, DHIL inhales your skill points for damage so unless ya got 3 skill point positive characters then you arent doing much
I mean there’s Topaz and she’s not even close to Seele. Looking at further leaks, the next hunt character is Dr.Ratio;he’s more or so facing against IL which is not even close.

Thank you for the videó, I have a clear vision what my Jingliu will be able to do. I pulled for her Signiture LC, but still doesn't feel as strong as my IL with herta LC. Is Bronya making this much difference in Jingliu's performance. I still couldn't get a copy of her.

The reason why your jingliu kept on entering without the 1 free stack is because you need to freeze them with her aura then hit them with anyone else to get the stack. Hope this helps 🐧

After using Jing Liu's technique, you need to walk close enough to the target so the target is in its radius. You can visibly see the target freeze as soon as it comes in contact with the AOE.
Oh my god jingliu and seele cleared with 3 cycle while Dan heng il cleared it in just 1 cycle oh my god and that 400k holy shit I'm definitely pulling for him in his rerun and also i noticed seele and jingliu both used the op bronya buffs while IL only have 4 star buffers Im down man definitely going for him and his signature lightcone

Of course this turbulunce buff is alot better for seele than the other two and she has quantum weakness for at least two thirds of the total hp pool of the enemies. IL only has weakness for one third of the total hp pool. Wouldnt surpise me if yanqing can beat all of these teams which just shows you how misleading turblulences can be.

@@MrVhateverThe turbulence isn't really good for Seele after clearing all stages, funny thing Welt is a better character to abuse the buff. Seele's advantage in this showcase is her 20% advance and her SPD buff from her skill.

Nope, it's actually better for Jing Liu and Dan Heng IL because they do extra damage on the adjacent enemies so if they weren't able to kill them normally, they'd for sure get a guaranteed kill making it way easier and beneficial for them instead of Seele. You only say this because Seele's Resurgence effect is broken allowing her to have 4 turns back to back remaining all buffs (such as Quantum res pen, bronya skill etc).
The thing about why Seele is lacking is that Blast offers more clear potential and huge ST numbers are still undermined since most mobs cater multiple adds rather than giving 1v1 vibes, therefore hindering Seele's potential.
But recent MOC (Topaz's banner) felt like they are testing adding blast potential for Hunt units, so idk.... Blast dps might be deemed "common" soon so idk.
seele needs the said adds to work, it doesnt hinder her at all. if anything pure st situation is unfavorable for her
Off topic but as Black Swan beibg a new dot char with much higher scaling than Kafka, should Kafka use wind orb instead since kafka turn other dot into hers with skill and burst
Kafka's stats don't effect other dots than her own, she only triggers them. So Black Swan's dot will only be affected by Black Swan's stats. Kafka still wants lightning orb.

Luocha is what I’d recommend for most IL teams
The only reason to bring silver wolf here is to implant quantum but it’s actually super inefficient - by the time you use your skill points to do that both of those two elites are already dead
In this case I would say pela is more valuable to bring over silver wolf too and I did try both - tingyun is just too cracked LOOLL
