    The tutorial is great, everything worked, except for the ramp. In the video you put #Step tag, however in the XML file is written #Steep, so I changed that in Blender, then I reloaded the map in SO and it worked properly. Another question, since you mentioned you play with keyboard. How do I get back into the debug menu? I've tried L+Z+R but it doesn't work, it's seems all three keys are not issued :(

      You might have to "plug in" a secod controller, that's how the debug menu worked on the original copy

    disculpa, es posible añadir una transición como la del bosque kokiri y el árbol deku?(o sea, pasar de una room a otra automáticamente, sin pasar por una puerta o fundido a negro)

      press the B button on the level select on the debug menu after loading slot 1

    Why is your floor no longer segmented at the begging of this tutorial. What happened between pt 2 and 3. Also Knife tool refuses to make a hole. Just random geometry please help.

    Did you plan to add something like the refract effect I likely noticed in the Chamber of the Sages? It appears very similar to the metal crystal refract effects from the Metal Cap Course in Super Mario 64.

      already possible, with metallic checkbox and a high Texture shift, 5+

    El tutorial está genial, me funcionó todo, excepto la rampa. En el video colocas la etiqueta #Step, pero en realidad se llama #Steep (así aparece en el XML) cuando cambié la etiqueta en blender y recargué el mapa en SO, ahí me funcionó la rampa. (me deja pensando cómo te funciona a pesar de ello). Otra pregunta ya que mencionas que juegas con teclado: ¿Sabes cómo volver al menú de todos los niveles del ZELOOTMA.Z64? intento L+Z+R pero no me funciona, como que no se activan las tres teclas :

    @Nokaubure64 Ok, but do you know any good method/way to learn such an old language like mips these days? Because I'm not sure if like 3 videos on YT would be enough....

      mips is something that needs to be learn without tutorials, just have a base theory of what each register and command do, and then mess with stuff ingame. I suggest you to enter the discord group, there's an #asm channel where more people learn it and you can ask questions

      select the face, Split, triangulate, delete->limited disolve
      maybe it helps

    Hello the vertex paint is not woeking for me. I vertex paint it in blender but i cant see it in sharp ocarina and in the game. what could be the problem?

      hi, did you disabled light A-B in SO? and you pressed the n64 render button? watch the video closely

      You need to know mips assembly first, and if you actually manage to learn it, you will straight away do things like that

    Need help - I have a map I'm working on and whenever link approaches the doorway the game freezes, I even tried without the door to see and it still froze. A vid on my channel if you need to see it.

    Awesome, the problem with Sharpocarina is that when I load a object for new room, it can't find the image file. I could save the room in the game and play it, I just can't figure it out why not the image

      There may be a path issue; make sure your images are in the same spot in your files and haven't been moved.

      @@cadenlederdoesntusethisaccount actually I'm using Lightwave 3d, I've export the file into object. The images are in the same path with the file, I learn that the file only can be saved by exporting the file into zelda64 object plugin. That's only for Blender, I found this file its use in Blender 2.8, no latest version. Try Blender 2.79, it could only import not export.

    Is it possible to change the textures of some enemys?
    > extracting the texture, recoloring it, and injecting it again.

      there's no good tool that does that quick, texture explorer should do but unfortunately its incomplete. there's also texture64 which is a tool that works with all n64 games not just oot, maybe try with that.
