I've seen those o-rings dried up and fried, and even saw one so damaged it had turned green! People who don't know this never understand why they have air-related issues! Also, over-tightening the Powermax retaining cap causes the swirl ring to deform and crack, which in turn causes the electrode to get stuck giving you the dreaded 0-30 error. This is great! Keep it up!

If you can’t find your small tube, can you use something else or should it be silicon grease?
