Making touch with financial advisors like Elizabeth Regina Nelson who can assist you restructure your portfolio, would be a very creative option. Personal financial management will be crucial to navigating the next difficult times
Elizabeth Regina Nelson has really set the standard for others to follow, we love her here in the Uk 🇬🇧 as she has been really helpful and changed lots of life's.
Unfortunately, not all of us were financially literate early. I was 35 when I finally educated myself and started taking steps. I went from $176,000 in debt with zero savings or retirement to now, 2 years later, fully debt-free and over $1000,000 net worth. I know that doesn't SOUND like a lot, but I'm incredibly proud of it. Now I'm fast-tracking my wealth building (investing $400,000 annually) and don't owe a dime to anyone. It's a good feeling!
I am grateful to the people who adopted me I was not an infant. I was an abused 3 year old..never needed counseling..I'm successful. My kids are successful.....just saying..
Taylor girl if you are reading this from one nurse to another don't wait to start your family. I currently work as an RN, and in school pursuing my NP. I have a 3 month old. I had a baby while in school for my prerequisites for nursing school. I had a second baby while enrolled in the BSN program, and as I stated just delivered a new baby in September. I only have one year of school left to achieve my NP. You will NEVER regret starting your family. It has given me more drive to complete my dreams for them, and I know in the show you stated you and your husband are 28. I'm 34. You can do it. Don't forget most NP programs (and quality programs) are 100% online with the exception of your clinicals. Good luck!
I don’t believe any of these people who call in with millions talking about buying Lambos. No way would someone who listens to Dave call in with such a ridiculous question.
I think they just wanna boast. I guess I’m not a car person. If I had $3.3 million in net worth I wouldn’t spend that much money on any car. I think what he should’ve asked him was how much on your mortgage, do you have. Because he has a mortgage.
To the nurse... coming from an NP who graduated np school, had a baby and started my first np job when he was 12 weeks old....do both!! You can start a program, eif you get pregnant, can pause or go part time. Some schools will give you five years to complete. Some you can do part time. Right now you can also make more as a med surgery nurse then an NP!
Don’t wait to have children. I’m 27 with a 1 year old and it’s been the best thing that’s ever happened to us. You also need a lot of energy, and if you plan on having more than 1 you need time to recover between pregnancies and allow yourself to breastfeed if you can/want. Also, we have friends that are just 28, dealing with infertility. As a woman, it becomes harder after 30, and after 35 it becomes higher risk. Have your babies, work and go to school later.
I was wondering why she said "only 30." I know a 30-year-old who just had her 7th kid with the same husband of 15 or so years. So she had that option to stop at any time and be done by 30. If you wait until 30, you lose some options. I only say this from observation of her and other families. I'm single and have no kids of my own (hosted a few high school exchange students).
I don’t understand why that guy can’t live with his parents more than 3 months - I would live there a year and pay off the debt, save up a solid nest egg.
58 year old Taylor...would be happier going to school until the pregnancy happens...It might take 2 years...She is getting older considering chance of getting pregnant.
Go to school after having kids? It’s not impossible but we all know it’s much harder specially for women !!! Girl, finish school first and you will never to worry about it anymore, nor will have to leave your kids to go to school !!
I disagree. I am currently a nurse and in school for my NP. I have one year left and just had my THIRD child. She is 3 months old. She won't have to leave her kids to go to school. Most NP schools are 100% online now with the exception of clinicals. Taylor can easily achieve her NP degree while starting a family. MSN programs are usually 24 months 9 of the months she'll be expecting, and the degree is practically over with by then. Do it Taylor!! You got this girl, get it out of the way. By the time the kids are born you can decide to only work 1-2 days as a NP and get more money w/o breaking your back doing floor nursing.
She could do it online or go back once the kids are in school. Don’t take your fertility for granted, our friends are both 28 and dealing with infertility.
The woman at who has been married 41 years doesn't listen, certainly to Dave and my guess is that she doesn't listen or hear her husband. She's incredibly irritating. I'm a woman & she's irritating me
Yeah, I don't believe I would do it if I were in his situation. Lol of course I also don't have the net worth he does either. I would definitely pay off the mortgage in his situation.
One thing I learned in life… I waste time in the womb, I shoulda brought a home in 2008 but now with the price of inflation it’s insane. For all the baby still being developed try to push yourself out faster to start investing.
Uhhh. Used or antique cars DO go up in value. You have to buy correctly but the worst that will happen is you will beat inflation. (Have been in the market for 35 years). Something that the aransey show ignores in all calculations.
i'm doing but just not getting it , i am trying ti avoid the negativity that seems ti be flowung more consistently across financial ,credit , honorary fat man money , what is the life lesson in working to make someone else a comforrable retirement , that's my taje on my current specialized job not really a job it's like an advance home eck job like in a deli .
caller one- I got to wonder if the callers wife said NO to the stupid overpriced car and this is why he called in??? Classic Man Child. Also why does Ken look like he just rolled outta bed? Looking a bit hung over for sure!

Even with the current dip in the market I'm still glad can smile back at my portfolio of $32,500 built from my weekly trade
My advice to everyone is that saving is great but investment is the key to be successful imagine investing $15,000 and received $472,700.
wow this awesome I'm 47 and have been looking for ways to be successful, please how??

There are many stupid things I’ve done in life. The only thing I truly regret is waiting on having children. Don’t wait have children.
Why?
Because having kids changes you for the better, if you are doing it right. @mqrkoh
Amen brotha. The only regret I have is not having more than 2.
I regret leaving my son's dad. Probably will never have more children.
I am grateful to the people who adopted me
I was not an infant. I was an abused 3 year old..never needed counseling..I'm successful. My kids are successful.....just saying..
Guy with life insurance uses too many words
Don't wait to have kids, especially if you want more than one, which i recommend.

I'm a mechanic ase older vehicles are better vehicles period
So many recalls on late model vehicles it makes you wonder who is building these vehicles.
Manufacturers are now deliberately making vehicles that only last 5-7 years so that people have to buy vehicles frequently.

The divorcing lady sounds completely out to lunch she can't even describe what is wrong with her husband
Her daughter is very lucky! Of course they let her come whenever she wants to help out mommy with the little ones!

He can afford the Lamborghini. Mortgage, small Kidd, wife doesn’t work. He doesn’t have enough cash without liquidating investments. Not smart.
Can’t
I mean I wouldn't, but he could burn the money and still be fine. He could pay off the house tomorrow if he wanted to
Yeah, I don't believe I would do it if I were in his situation. Lol of course I also don't have the net worth he does either. I would definitely pay off the mortgage in his situation.

Ken's hair looks styled to me and don't see him wearing sweat pants and t shirt or anything, wouldn't say he looks hungover.
My network is 3.3 million and I make 30,000 a year! I wouldn’t dare!!
Your network? WTF are you talking about?
She owns AOL🙃
Sometimes a business decision is exactly what it is...a business decision to make the company more profitable long term so people do not have to be laid off
All of the books have gone up too much
Juat buy a brand new 911 for half the price.
When Leon first mentioned his mortgage, Dave should’ve asked him. How much does he owe on his house. That should’ve been DAVE’s first question.
Kathy’s daughter just wants a free babysitter
08🎉🎉🎉
Oh gosh not the jelly of the month club Griswold
Who can survive on $40k a year in retirement? That’s not much
I can!
Scholarships to be a nurse practitioner could be an option....Babies are expensive!!
Good luck finding parts in a car that old .
You can find them but Lamborghini parts and service are sky high $$$
Plenty of parts. The wannabes wreck them all the time.
