  • A new documentary has been launched raising awareness of the poignant and powerful voices of people living with Dementia.
    Both the Southern and South Eastern Health and Social Care Trusts and Dementia NI teamed up with people living with Dementia to coproduce ‘Hear Our Voice’.
    It gives viewers a glimpse into the lives of those living with dementia, educates and promotes understanding and reduces stigma.
    This documentary is not just another resource, it is a window into the lived experience of dementia.

    It si great to create awareness about dementia. My Mom had Alzheimer, nobody was prepares for that

    A great documentary. Found it on the BBC. news website. Why wasn't this in the mainstream news before? Thank you for adding to my previous knowledge. The song was beautiful and the lyrics really captured your personal situations. I hope this is making a difference in your experiences with health and social care and I believe warrants being shown on the TV. It would be so informative for the general public.too.
