Not sure what’s ironic about that but Silicon Valley is located in California, blue state. Not to say there aren’t any conservatives in California, but the urban centres tend to vote Democrat. Also tech people do tend to be liberal because they’re usually university educated, cultured if not culturally diverse themselves, young, and again mostly from urban centres, all things statistically speaking that point to a liberal and a progressively minded citizen.
@@matthewsmith5374 Ironic because the it's free market policies that allowed Silicon Valley to thrive and this 'progressively minded citizen' that you speak of would support regressive socialist policies while being in 1% themselves
listen to what he says tho, he's specialised in advertising products. And now he does what he does best in selling a political point. So he knows how to get people to buy things and now he has learned how to persuade people to make decisions based on advertisement. 5,5M was invested in this, against 60k from Clinton. That's is a huge difference. I'm not saying anything about Trump or his policies, but assembling the right people in his teams/businesses is obviously what he does best. They're mixing sales skills with political techniques and winning big time. I hope people are aware of it and make a decision based on what they actually think not on what is presented to them online. (sorry if my english is bad, I'm just fascinated by this)
The Trump social media campaign really was a fascinating phenomenon. Parscale is a marketing genius and certainly changed the way major campaigns will advertise going forward.
Let us assume what Pascal said is accurate - it is taking days for an ad to appear rather than minutes before. Doesn't that mean that everyone is going through the same change of API? What does Facebook do in those days when an ad is in cue for publishing ... fact-checking? Yes, the job numbers are getting better these days. As of Jan. 2019, looking back, the whole country especially suburban areas rejected Trump's policies and behaviors in 2018 mid-term election. Pascal may not have colluded with Putin (we don't know that for sure). But for him to brush off the questions and avoid answering legitimate questions from the reporter is interesting. Yes, his family is benefiting from Trump handsomely.
This guy cuts through the BS with ease. The Dem line is tired and boring.
Well he is not wrong, silicon valley is an ironically extremely left biased place
darn better delete your TH-cam account. and Twitter. good luck!
