No fast forwarding here. I find your voice soothing, which makes your videos very relaxing.. I dozed off watching it the first time, and when I realized what I missed, I watched it over again because I wanted to see all of it.
No, I don't fast forward. You are great company in my craft room and I learn a lot for from you. Also I enjoy hearing your stories and about your life. I love how this turned out and I thank you for taking us through your process. ❤
So very grateful for your wonderful videos and projects as I have been stuck indoors recovering from my first ever dose of Covid! They have been bright spots in miserable days.
I always love watching your videos. I enjoy your techniques and ideas so much, I'm always inspired. I find I'm constantly going through your videos and finding new ones that I haven't seen yet. I also love that your videos aren't always selling the latest and greatest. I'm all about supporting artists, but sometimes I just want to use what I have and not spend money. Thank you for your fun ideas, creativity and chats. I thoroughly enjoy them 😊
Thank you, Ceri. This was a lot of fun :) When you were drawing the straight and other more difficult lines, I caught myself holding my breath, just like I do when I`m drawing them myself :))) This turned out great. I love it❤ Since I don`t have these little Gel plates, I will try to do something similar with Funny Foam. Thank you very much for another fun project and the new inspiration :) Sending love and sunny greetings from Slovenia
Absolutely gorgeous, Ceri! It reminded me of a few of my school book covers that I made back in the day. Our class is celebrating our 50th class reunion in June so it really was BACK in the day. 😀 It is wonderful to see your confidence in your abilities growing and allowing yourself to just enjoy the experience. Stay safe and warm!! Love ya!
Ceri, I am so proud of you to not have to think perfect and just have fun and it looks really good. So cool, I love it how fun!! I don't mind watching it play by play that's what it's all about❤❤❤❤
I just want to say how much I enjoy and look forward to your videos. I have learned so much. As a quilter and a novice journal/collage maker (who has these Minnie plates “still in box,” lol,). I am inspired to do this in paint, as you have but also using fabric and paper for a triple canvass for my craft room. Thank you for sharing your art, inspirations and ability. You are a super teacher 💥💥💥💐
Hi Ceri. My heart leapt with joy when I saw this longer video. I'm piecing together a huge woven paper blanket I've been working on thses last six weeks. It's the final push of putting it all together into a cohesive whole and you're keeping me company as I work away. Thank you!
I've made a few quilts complete. My very first won a prize at my Jr womans club national convention. Very proud and astounded. The other was a quilt my daughter designed for her college dorm. Then I made curtains for my kitchen and I was done.😊❤ I love this very fun and different
what a wonderful artwork !! I would never have thought to make a patchwork with my gelpress !!! Cannot wait to have time to try !! thank you for sharing !!
SMASHING! That was grand fun, and I loved watching the 12 x 12 get prettier and prettier. Love the informal yet formal looking whimsy doodled patterns give to things. This is a GRAND HIT, Mister Ceri!! ❤
Another magnificent piece. Your doodling is fantastic! I enjoyed this video, every minute of it. The time flies by. Thank you for showing us an amazing way to use the smaller Gel-Plates. Spectacular results. I appreciate you and your videos very much. ❤
That "turning" trick when doing that triangle fill is great! I have a lot of problems drawing lines because my dominant hand shakes. That tip has really helped! There is a tool that you might like called a Geometrigraph and Polygraph Set. It's an old fashioned tool that lets you create many different shapes with just a pencil and the two templates. The other tool that I have that is so satisfying is the Helix Angle & Circle Maker. It's fun for doing mandalas with precision.
✨🌼❣️Thank you❣️🌼✨ To the End! was a joy watching, i love the doddle part somting i love to do also, -mostly just in black and white. Thank you for shareing it was very interesting, like to see more Ceri ❣️❣️❣️
Fantastic video. You have definitely become a master doodler. I so enjoyed watching this project develope and love the end result. Thank you so much for sharing your creativity.
I do love this Ceri..I also really struggle with straight lines😅 but you really seem to be mastering the technique. It's very gloomy weather in Dublin today, so this really lifted my spirits...also it's super relaxing to watch. Thanks so much for sharing 😊
Dear Ceri, I am one of your "silent" followers from the Netherlands. This time i just have to react! What a big surprise you gave us! Sometimes i thought "no, not that color!!" But it turned out to be so beautiful, love it!!!! Can't wait to try it, thank you so much!!!
Stunning. ❤ I cant believe you are producing art like this when it can't be that long ago when you said you didnt doodle at all. Definitely practice makes perfect. ❤❤🤗🙂xx
Wonderful! It would be a beautiful quilt bloc…you could use fabrick for the squares and triangles and fabric markers for the doodles! You are such a joy to watch.
Cari, where is the LOVE button, not just a like or thumbs up? Personally, I like when you do longer videos…..it’s harder to talk and doodle at the same time. I think you find it easier to talk when you’re doing other techniques for a couple of reasons….1. You’ve been doing them for a lot longer, you’re more familiar with what comes in what order. 2. Doodling takes a lot of concentration for some reason, and 3. You’re still learning doodles….go easy on yourself. I can’t wait to see what you do with this. I was also curious what could be done with the much smaller plates. 2024 is starting so good for you! Can’t wait to see what comes next and in the future months.
Beautiful! I have been wanting shapes for about 3 years now, but it always seems like something else is more important. I didn't know that Posca had darker colors now. I will have to look into that. All I have are brighter colors in three different sizes. I honestly want to make the shape gel plates my a priority for this year. Thanks for sharing Ceri. You never fail to pique and hold my interest! I always watch all the way through. This one would make a lovely journal cover! 🙂
Good afternoon dear Ceri, this is a fabulous creation! How relaxing to sit and watch you do the shapes, doodle, and colour. Those Posca pens are awesome! I can’t believe how beautiful the colours are. Thank you so much for the inspiration. Hugs and blessings to you ❤🤗🙏
The tiny plates cute but useful 😊 Hello from Beautiful British Columbia Canada 🇨🇦 I bought the 3x5 figured it might be useful for ATCs... Used it on a lap desk on the passenger seat of my truck🎉❤😂
Absolutely awesome Ceri, it's so good to see how confident you are now. I have learnt something which might be helpful to you, if your line goes a bit wonky just put little dots along the line and it makes it look like it was meant to be, I think it's called Beadline in zentangle world. Again, such a beautiful job Ceri, it's worth framing it's so beautiful 😀
Wonderful piece Ceri. I found it a lot easier to draw curves (last 2 boxes) The other way around. Think of your elbow or wrist as the "pinned" point and go left to right. The line curves itself and you can focus your attention on the spacing. I hope this convey the picture I'm trying to describe.
When you think out loud it helps me to understand why you’re doing whatever you are doing. The end artwork is just beautiful.
Agreed!
Your videos are such high quality there’s never any need to apologize for the length. Every part has something valuable to offer.
No fast forwarding here. I find your voice soothing, which makes your videos very relaxing.. I dozed off watching it the first time, and when I realized what I missed, I watched it over again because I wanted to see all of it.

LOL. The same here☺
Honestly Ceri I could sit and watch you create for hours! Love this piece alot.
Thank you so much 😀

Thank you! 😊
I could never fast forward through your videos! The whole thing is fascinating! Beautiful picture!
Glad you enjoyed it
