I found out about Mel Robbins in the famous Ted Talk on parenting yourself and how no one is coming and you need to push yourself to do things when you don’t feel like it. Once again also great inside here on how tying your lovability with what you’re achieving or performing is one of the realest talk I ever heard so easy to get trapped in that loop with all the consequences that come with it...

Mel Robbins is the real deal. She is authentic and is grounded hence why she reaches so many people.
