  • CDV delete for 13+ Honda Accord V6 Coupe Manual. It should be similar or the same across all J-series 6-6 platforms.
Note: this only applies to manual transmissions.
*Unfortunately for 2016 models, the VSA cannot be fully disabled. There is a sequence you can use like a cheat code to override the VSA and fully disable it. That is why the VSA is blinking.

To anyone that still wants to do this: just drill a hole for the ring. I drilled a tiny hole in the gap between the ring on the cap (right near the ring, not too low so you don’t damage it.) and pushed a pick inside and I had it out in around ~5 minutes. Highly suggest.

For those who are going to be doing this mod, DO NOT BEND THE HARDLINE! You could cause a leak and be waiting a week for the part to arrive

How were you able to disable your traction control like that? I have a 14 and can’t get it to fully disable.

Finally...like u said no one has done a j series vid.. So did u notice a big difference on the take off from a dig. That is the main reason I want to take mine off. It's hard to engage on the dig some times.

macedonio450 well, I typically don't launch my car too much but it'll definitely make your shifts more solid. After all, removing the damper will allow the clutch the connect quicker, which theoretically should speed up your shifts.

you should really have a hose connected to the bleeder screw on the slave attached to a bottle of fluid. watch for air bubbles in the fluid.

TheShangralaaaa17 yeah. I can't seem to find a clear hose that'll fit the nipple correctly.

think it's the same for a 4 cyl 8th gen accord? thinking about doing this

Mauro Beltran the slave cylinder should be the same or similar. so the process shouldn't be too different.

Have you even tried to drive one of these with the clutch delay? This isn't dogging it, it's making it more driveable.
