Tom should really stop doubting himself. He put a blooming great shift and im pretty sure without his contribution itnwould have harder for everyone else and the achievement may not have come. Loving the old schol approach of scribbles on a whiteboard to plan!

"Why am I here?" 😂 Tom is great. Was this the activity recorded on Sarah's Strava that made people question whether she was experimenting with all illegal doping known to man?
Why are you included, Tom? Because you're the rest of us. You represent the vast majority of runners. We like to be included too. We can live vicariously through you and your running. We can empathize with you. 💪🏻🏃🏻♀️
Just got back into running after a long time and I always look forward for new videos because I feel like I have looked at all of them already and just try to find new ones all the time 😂 Also listening to all of them podcasts right now Thank you guys! Love all the content ❤️
Tom is my spirit honestly 😂😂 - top man and well done everyone - loved the challenge. Ps after that story of how she prepared for eras tour shows - is this vid today proving Jess is in her T Swift era 😂
Love the video! Would be interested in a video about folks who push friends and loved ones in races in what looks like a racing wheelchair. Would be curious about their journey and seeing you all try some of their training.
Excuse the TH-cam username I’ve had since 16 and never updated- I literally never comment on videos but I think you need my cousin for this one- he holds the world record for the fastest marathon and half pushing a wheelchair, including someone on a ventilator. He is an absolutely phenomenal runner and does it all to raise awareness of MND- his story would make an amazing TRC meets.
@@runningchannel Run in a straight line across a countryside without following any path (on or next to). Bonus if it's in a forest, but an open field without power lines would work too.
I'm currently like a 7:00/km runner, working my way to being possibly a 6:00/km runner. I often when i'm at the end of the workout, just absoulely send it for the last 200m or so.. got up to 4:00 pace and was like wow people hold this and faster for a whole race.. just amazing! Also awesome video, such good vibes with you lot :)
@@runningchannel Most of my runs tend to be the two miles of sidewalk between my house and my kids' daycare! But when marathon training is in full swing I end up running long miles on country roads. Some track work here and there, or else just intervals around a flat(ish) block. And every few months the fantastic running paths in Central Park and the West Side Highway in NYC! Basically, when you live in a small midwest USA town, you run on whatever you've got!
That was great to watch. Love watching you all run. Can't help feel that Jess still has untapped potential. And then when Andy takes off for the final leg: his body language is "I'm going to take this slow" and the clock says otherwise. Also loved Tom running super-hard to keep the camera on Andy as he cruises it home. And the formation shot as Andy crossed the finish line was great filmmaking. Was that the original take, or did you go back and do it a few times to get it right?
My half marathon PB from 1987 is 76:25 - I could definitely have done with someone taking over for the last 5km that day as I was pretty much on for 75 mins at 10 miles before the wheels fell off.
Interesting interval session idea. This is my 10k race pace but 10xkm would certainly be difficult and I would definitely not be signing while doing it!
We love you TOM!!! You represent so many of us, not only here but also over the world in Trinidad and Tobago too.
Why do y'all have to be the most wholesome youtube channel and team ever 😭
so glad you think so!!
@@runningchannel After meeting you guys at the run club yesterday, it's giving siblings and Andy is dad.
Wholesome? When the cameras are turned off, it's non-stop debauchery. I've heard the rumors.
Because runners are usually good wholesome people, and these are good examples of the running community.
Definitely something going on between Mo and Jess
Tom, you're running 4 min/km pace, you're a legend!
For like 10 seconds.

its crazy how a 75 min half goes from a "cool thing" to "absolutely bonkers" when its translated from 75 mins to 3:33
You always seem to have such fun doing challenges together. Inspirational to get out and have fun running, not just chase PBs
We really do! 😂

his half PB is around 80min, very impressive
