Your welcome. I have it back on the road. It rides a little rough mow bit the stance is perfect. Only thing I had to change is to put the original rear shackles back in. The ones I put in new made the rear to low. If you do that with the new lower control arms it will come out level.
You need to get upper control arms to correct the upper ball joint angle from Brandon Fruth.. I used his uppers ,van lowers and Dakota drop spindles for a 8 inch drop.
I bought a set of oem tab...and they were the last set on the shelf for my model & year...be nice to have those bottom...it would make my shorty hug the ground more..😎
Danny, I just stumbled across this video. Did you ever have to have your frame C notched? I’m running into a pinion angle issue on the axle flip with my 1979 D100 and want to avoid having to notch mine.
I did not but i certainly won be hauling anything. Its that close.. I put a level on my drive shaft and measured the angle prior to flipping it so I was sure to get the same angle once I flipped it.

Unfortunately the guy who owned the truck before me did the axle flip and didn't pay much mind to the pinion angle and now the driveshaft has shown signs of rubbing on the bed cross member. I looked in the Dana 60 kit you posted and it seems to be what I need, so thank you for the valuable information. Cheers.

Yes but I'm going to flip the shock mounts around so I get the flat side to the shackle and it should give the shock a little more travel. I posted an update awhile ago that gives a little more information.

I'm sure you are right but it's near impossible to find vans like that in the salvage yards. Most have been crushed.

Hi Danny, were those front lower control arms a bolt in with no other mods required? How much did it lower truck? Tie rod end stock? Thanks.
They were a bolt in with no modifications. Replaced old springs with new stock ones. Stock tie rods etc.. and it lowered the truck 3" in the front.

What year dodge van to lower the front end
All 72 till 200? 1 ton trucks have a similar control arm not sure on the drop.
Does the tab or top change or its just these bottom that change
