    I just did my first up and under in game and two things:
    1. It was instinct and i didn’t think about it so the ball went smoothly right from one side to the other.
    2. Its was fucking awsome after when i realized what i just did, as my teammates Also were hype since they knew I practiced this finish.
    Moral of the story, go work on it because eventually you’ll do it in game and it will feel amazing when it works.

      1 time i instinctivly did an inside out at the right time and shocked that i unconsiously put my opponent 5 feet away from me

    would you say its important to get good at both flicking inwards and outwards, I prefer flicking outwards more as its just easier, will having only 1 option limit my finishing skills?

    What a useful video Coach Frikki! I love reverse layups. I don't do much else in basketball besides doing reverse layups (and maybe underhanded free throws too) but reverse layups are my life.
