@Movement Parallels Life, Thank you. I have been following along to your videos for well over a year. In that time, I have used multidimensional and "exploratory" movement to treat musculoskeletal and psychological impairments. And now, with mandated "social distancing," it really helps to have something to turn too, especially a daily practice that invites individualistic creativity and physical autonomy. I appreciate you and the work that you do.

perfect workout for anyone at any level of fitness if you ask me 👌🏽 just the right amount of intensity from the duration of time under tension, with enough mobility and stretching throughout the movements to keep anyone athletic. does so while still building up and strengthening the supporting muscle groups to keep you healthy and durable while not neglecting to open up the body. I try to do this workout everyday and i’ve really started to notice improvements in my athelticism and fitness in every regard (balance, strength, stability, mobility, flexibility) ultimately one of the best bang for your buck workouts i’ve ever found 👍🏽

This is what I do in the gym, but I m the only one. The truth is these freestyle excercises are essential . So I am really pleased to be watching this video to increase my range. It's like I can't believe somebody else got the same idea. It's like having a restless soul that is exploring and searching.

Have you ever tried hugging a tree for fitness? I’m not being a smart ass. I’m genuinely asking because that’s what I’ve started doing and it’s a pretty rough work out. You basically wrap your arms and legs around a tree like a koala bear and hold on for time. So far I can only last 10-11 seconds
