I swapped mine out instantly. Lol. The one that comes with these (and all of these emulation handhelds) are all garbage. It's often better/cheaper to just get the handheld and source your own roms because sometimes the roms themselves are also junk. Lol
SD card is not included with the device. It's just added as an option from distributor. Not the fault of the device or Trimui

the sdcard format is wrong i guess. thats why it cant be read. or ur sdcard broken already . get a BRANDED sdcard and put the game. u can play again.
New devices comes with sandisk sd cards and new os
