    Oh, this was so very nice. When I look for a workout class I always go for "trying to make my muscles sore". This conscious pace allowed me to realize that there's so much more to excercise than building up muscles, it calms you down, moves your lymph, lifts your mood and the list goes on. Thank you Lottie! :)

    love your videos, i find your work outs and your voice to be super relaxing and soothing but i still get a burn going, feels so pleasant i can hardly tell i'm working out lol

    Lovely little class. Just what I needed. I currently have covid & don't feel my best. & I'm also locked in the house with 2small children so this was perfect to help me get moving gently but also to relax.

    I ran a marathon a week ago and am looking for some alternatives to alleviate the stress of training for such a long time. This class was a great way to help with my joint mobility as I’m always looking to strengthen muscle! it made a nice change for me. Thanks Lottie.

    So lovely for a Monday morning to set myself up for the week! I struggle with sciatica and this was just enough for my back to cope with this morning whilst also keeping it all moving. Adjusted a couple of the exercises for my needs, but will definitely be doing this one again!

    Today was my first Pilates session in 8 wks, I fractured my ankle and this class was gentle enough for my healing bone to cope with no pain at all. I feel like I'm on the home run (so to speak) after the frustration of not being able to practise my daily Pilates.
