Thank you for the great idea. My dad has hearing impairment and I know how hard and frustrating it is being unable to communicate with someone.I would love to help somebody in need like this working in Captioned call.

Interesting that they don't explain how the captions are processed... it's not the phone generating the text, it's connected to a live agent that's listening to the conversation and translating it into text.

@@tigrlilyluv4u I was a CA for five years before the company decided minimum wage is too expensive to pay their employees and shut down all centers in my state. Hopefully the company isn't as garbage to you as it was to me :)
@@DJB573 it was absolute garbage when I left back in February 2020. Can only imagine they haven't improved since.

there's no way to mount this on the wall you can only have it on a desk so I have to figure out how to add mounting things on the phone either at the top back of the phone or the bottom back and leave out desk stand because we need to mount it into the wall it's the only way she's going to have room for it

Great question! Captioning is available in English and Spanish.
if it's really a live agent translating what they're saying then what safety measures do they have from keeping employees from stealing another person's personal information like credit card numbers Social Security numbers and using it for an Affairs reasons or selling it on the dark web to make money off people now I'm not saying that the employees are bad people but you never know there could always be One Bad Apple throughout the bunch and stealing your personal information
This is a scam if you can't hear the phone ring how can you use it
