During your introduction to the video, you showed a clip of Clover Lanes in Livonia closing down for good. I used to be the mechanic there. I rebuilt all 64 pinsetters but it wasn't enough to save the place. Bowling is definitely a dying industry. But the pins make excellent firewood!!
At 4:34, those "crowns" are on the masking units, which are from the 50's. They were called Gold Crown masking units. They also used to have those at Parkway Lanes in Trenton, Michigan.
Yes, our Canadian 5 pin bowling alley in Edmonton Canada had the same ones and if you got a strike the crown 👑 would light up for a few seconds and an X would appear in the lower left, aahh memories 🎉
Someone ought to try and fix up that bowling center. I would have the Gold Crown masking units restored. Looks like the ball returns may still be good. The roof needs repair. If the bowling cannot be salvaged, I would take everything out and sell anything that is still good. I imagine that the pinsetters (Brunswick "A"s) are still good.
2:03 Fallout Jackpot!
👍
Keep up the good work. Truly an underrated channel.
Crazy that my family went bowling without me literally today.

189,000$ 😂
They better come way down on the asking price.
Just tear it down and sell the land.
I'm pretty sure that's what the price is for. No one in their right mind would rehab this in the middle of nowhere in Michigan.

I used to bowl here, I remember when our 8th grade gym class would take a bus ride there and bowl for an hour.
