Hi! On xbox ACC Trueforce are very strong, but on PC even with 100% gain, trueforce are very weak. How can I change this?
Hi Robert, i bought the Pro and i'm on Xbox Series X and i've set the logitech In-Game option from website but your screenshot doesn't show the force of Trueforce gain at bottom. In your vidéo you are showing it at 100 for the 923. That goes for the Pro too?
Second question, why we cant adjust the DeadZones in pedals just like on PC? In need it for the loadcell brake ajustments.
Btw i cant wait to have the new firmware because theres alot of bugs with ACC and the Pro atm on Xbox. Many crashes
what about the stutter on the throttle flickering issue with the G920 wheel + pedals. I have a new g290 and just installed ACC and the game is unplayable because of the random throttle on/off stuff, its not dust either, this pedals work in every other game
So I have the Logitech Wheel g923 and for some reason only when I play Assetto Corsa Competizione it doesn't seem like its working and the steering wheel starts making grinding noises buts its only happening with this game. Every other racing game the wheel is complety fine and works well any ideas why this may be happening only with Assetto Corsa Competizione I play on xbox series x
I have xbox 1 with compizone I do not see wheel shown in lower corner as in you video but it does work other thanshifter paddles why it not showing on compizine and how do I get it connected correctly

Thanks for this, but doesn't work for my old G25. Fresh install of both ACC and the logitech profiler, and in the ACC controls both accelerator and brake are on the same axis (7), even after I try and reassign. Any ideas? Know it's a very old wheel.
Edit - never mind I fixed it. I needed an earlier version of the logitech profiler (5.09) then turn "combined" off in settings.

I'm on xbox 1x and using a g920 wheel and peddle. It has never had presets or those displays on the left 🤔

When I bind my controls and then go into a race the rpm is max and when I press the throttle the rpm goes down. Then when I press a little on the brake and slam the clutch it builds up speed.

everything is ok but when I shift to 1rst gear the car staya still and I have a filling its a heandbreak fault but I cant set it to any buton. im on 920 btw

What do I do if I can't get them to show up on detected controllers?
Can you please do an update so the wheel lock matches the Assetto Corsa Competitive wheel lock..I have tried everything and still doesn't sync correctly with different wheel locks in the game..now I set wheel lock in game to Zero and yes it locks, however it's not the true lock..eg..a car might have a lock of 540.. when set to zero it will lock at say 640 but again it's not the real life lick for that particular car..please update ty

Within the game the cars all have different steering lock limits. We currently do not have support for an automatic detection of the car but there are many resources online to find and adjust your settings to match the car you are using! This can be all done in game under the advanced settings.
What am I supposed to do if it’s not in my presets?? All you said was make sure it’s working correctly and then you moved on.

Reset the game or try to plug the in after you start the game. Then go to youre setting.
But I just plugged it in then reset the game and it worked.
I figured this out in my own. I almost returned the game though lol

@@logitechsupport GRID 2019 for PC completely freezes and locks up when Logitech G923 is connected. It notably freezes the most in qualifying when the countdown hits 1, but will also occur at the beginning of multiplayer and regular races in career mode. This issue cannot be replicated when a different controller is being used such as an XBOX series controller. This is a known issue as I have posted to reddit about this, and so has other people at this point. This is a particularly frustrating because this is a showcase title for Trueforce on the G923.

Heya, so I have this game and this wheel, but in the settings the steer, throttle and brake all have half a red bar constantly even when I’m not pressing the pedals. I’ve reset the settings and everything is all plugged in. What can I do about this?

Are you getting the same half press in G hub? If so please open a ticket with us.
If you are not you can try adjusting your pedal sensitivity in game! Also make sure there is no throttle reverse setting checked in ACC.

How do I make the steering heavy on a g920 on Xbox I can’t figure it out and have tried everything else. The layout is also different on Xbox and has less configuration options

The LEDs for the RPM indicator need to receive the proper RPM information from the game in order to function. LED support must be provided by game developers, and not all games include this support.
If you have a question about LED support for the RPM indicator for a particular game, please see the documentation for the game or contact the game developer.

The centre deadzone is the only issue i have with a G920.. it knocks loudly driving on fast straights only. How can i get rid of that ?
Sorry to hear this! Please do contact the Support team at Logitech with a video of the issue. This appears to be internal and the unit might need replacing.
I have G29. Everything is set up. But sometimes it dont work. All the settings are gone. It appears in RED and i have to set the buttons again.
I did try to LOAD the settings but it won't work.
All i can do is set it again.
You know why this happens to me?
Now... what about that big deadzone on the G29...? Can't seem to get it away. Any ideas of optimal settings?

I have the G920 for my Xbox which doesn’t come up as a recognised wheel option in the presets. Is this correct? Before you ask, I have plugged it into my laptop which has G Hub installed and it is recognised, also running Firmware 96.1.43.

This could be a driver issue, but also for certain games the wheel might not be natively recognized but you should still be able to assign all the functions to the correct buttons! It might just take a little time to set it all up :)

When you are in the settings, can you still bind controls with the buttons on the G29? It may not show up but you should be able to still map controls.

How to y out set up the h shifter to this game on ps5
How do I set up the steering lock. I set it it to 640 for the Bentley, but on my end it does not work, only works in the 900 range, but then there is to much steering wheel. It worked on console before moving to PC. Can any1 help.

Hi Robert. Many thanks for your guide video. I tried ACC with my G29 connected to my PS4, and the wheel was not being displayed/detected in the options menu. Also I don’t have to control options that you have on the left hand side of your menu. Is this a difference between PC and PS4, or is there an issue with my wheel connection?
I have the same problem with my g923. It works in game. In fact my regular controller does not work in game but I do not have the preset available or the controls.

Unfortunately, This cannot be done. It is more the design of the game rather than the shifter as All GT3 Cars in-Game are Sequential/Flappy Paddle Gearboxes.
There is a version of this in spanish? We need it to training some staff on a mkt action :)
If you are referring to the video, unfortunately we do not have a version with voice over in Spanish, however, we recently updated our closed captioning to include Spanish translations and many other languages.

It should be compatible with most games, however it depends on the software. Could you try reinstalling your wheel drivers?

The first week of me playing ACC my led rpm lights worked fine then all of a sudden they don’t.. not sure what’s going on.
@@jasonputman5792 just reinstall G hub, for me the software is nice but really buggy, 2 months with the g923 and had to reinstall 3 times by now, solves many problems, if i got issues with ur wheel, first reinstall g hub and if the problem persist, it can be something else, for me the led bug got fixed by a g hub reinstall

Hello i play on xbox and have a g920 and when i press the pedals or steer the wheel nothing works the only things that work is the buttons and pedals (in ACC it all works in other games) and the pedals menu doesn’t come up on the side

Im on xbox so the layout is different. My wheel is connected, i can use all the buttons on the wheel, i can use the paddles on it too, my peddals work but if i turn the wheel the car wont turn

Could you provide some more detail for us? Typically in game you should be able to assign commands and controls via the settings on your Xbox One. If you want to change any more pedal settings that also would be in-game or within GHUB on a PC.

mine was working perfectly for a while on ACC, the g29, and then suddenly it just doesn't respond in the game whatsoever it is a piece of trash. I recalibrated and restarted and reinstalled logitech G hub and all of that stuff, all the exact same steps as when I first got it working and now the wheel is on and the forced feedback is working but none of the buttons or the wheel responds with the game. Any idea what else to try? I've reboxed everything and was about to send it back but I might give it 1 more try before I do

Something may have happened in your controller settings in game! Can you make sure all the buttons are bound? Some games require further set up beyond just installing drivers!

If the title you are trying to use the G29 in does not recognize the wheel by default then you will need to go to the control options of the game and set the wheel up manually, assigning the controls as required.
The method for doing this differs depending on the game title, but you can find many guides online for just about any racing title that will give you this information.

I have a g923. Every so often in ACC the wheels steering stops responding during a session (buttons seem to work). The other buttons appear to work fine. Could I be triggering a safe mode with high FFB? The power connections are all good.

The G29 is only compatible with PlayStation and PC! Unfortunately it will not work with Xbox systems.

hi i have a normal driving force and it registers the accelerator and brake on the same axis... acc is the only game so far that has done that and i cant seem to fix. Please Help!

Hi, there, thanks for the help, but I have another issue, I cannot assign custom commands to the buttons on my G923 wheel, and when in the settings certain buttons do not function at all, I have tried restarting my PC, reconnecting the wires, many times but to no use. What's weird is that sometimes the buttons fu;nction as other buttons and are replaced by other commands without any changes to the settings by me. Nobody uses my wheel and nobody has touched my settings if you're wondering, what's going on???
Is the G-Hub auto switching to a different Profile by any chance? It could be that G-Hub is switching to a different profile that doesn't have the commands sent.
@@logitechsupport Don't worry, mate, thanks for your kindness, I have set the settings in all profiles alike so if it switches or not, it will end up with the same settings, that's how i went around my issue, and since I manily play two racing games and no more, it's fine for now :) Cheers :)

Hello Robert and the Logi Team, I was trying to find out on how to setup the Shifter for Assetto Corsa Competizione and I couldn't find how on the internet. Can you help me out please?
Unfortunately, This cannot be done. It is more the design of the game rather than the shifter as All GT3 Cars in-Game are Sequential/Flappy Paddle Gearboxes. From knowledge, Only 1 is Stick which is the Ferrari 458 GT2, You would need to assign 2 controls from the Stick to the Shift up/down. These would be 3rd Gear and 4th Gear as it is easier to hit these!

Hi. I can't get my g29 - which I bought brand new from Argos (UK) in November, as part of the black Friday sales - to work on any of my PS4 driving games. What could be the problem. Do I have to download any software to be able to use it on my PS4 pro???
Sorry to hear this! Are you verifying that the switch on the Top of the Wheel is set to PS4 mode? Which Driving Games are you attempting to play?
@@logitechsupport I was trying to use it with game streaming on PlayStation Plus Premium, but it did not work. I discovered that I had to download the game to be able to play it with the wheels.
I have another issue: the wheel is always vibrating and jerky while in use. I mean, it is hardly ever steady and smooth, making it hard to control the vehicle. Why is that?

Hello Logitech, I play acc on my PS4 but my wheel isn’t recognised and if I want to brake I need to almost brake the pedal in half with my foot😅 so is there a way to fix it or change my brake pedal to the clutch one?

Xbox recognizes the wheel but ACC does not nor F1 2021. Couldn't get any trouble shooting solution to work either.
Update: Every game works except ACC and no trouble shooting solution seems to be able to solve the problem.

I know I’m in the wrong topic but as an F1 fan owning the G923, please… Make trueforce compatible with the upcoming F1 23 game for ps5. I’m begging you 🙏
Hopefully, The Devs have added this feature into F1 23! We cannot control what is added and what isn't unfortunately. We are at the whim of the Game Devs :)

@@logitechsupport thank you logitech for the response, however I have solved the problem by simply disconnecting my keyboard and my Xbox controller and signing in on the wheel instead if using the controller, and once that is done I plug everything back in and it works.

This vid didn’t tell me a damn thing on how to get my G923 wheel set up so it’s not way over correcting when I barely turn this damn wheel and I crash into the barriers…and when I watch these videos, my option/control page us not quite the same and it has different controls…it’s not the exact same control panel…WTF?…I spent 400 dollars on this 923 wheel and it’s too twitchy, it way over corrects. And I don’t have a damn clue on what to do. This wheel doesn’t feel any car wheel I’ve ever driven with in real life, not even close…WTF?

You may need to set up all the manually with your wheel. However, you should not be having an issue when turning the wheel. Is it functioning normally within GHUB? If not please open a ticket up with us so we can help you out!

The options on console should be very similar to the PC versions! Make sure your wheel is updated via your PC as well but other than that it should be a plug and play system for consoles. You can adjust any bindings through the in game settings!
Nothing pops up in left side for me on PS4 - no presets or anything. Nor will my clutch work.

Never buy a Logitech wheel they suck no downloads work it just calibrates constantly never works
