Hello I just bought this front bumper and it does not fit my car I brought it to the shop and they said that it does not fit around the headlamp it is elongated
@@TunerwithKids we trimmed it down a bit and it fits perfectly now, thank you Tuner with Kids, I just bought the emblem logo in your bio, will it fit the grill? it looks really big in person
Hey Binh, thanks for making this video! I got the same bumper ready to be installed but I got a question; the 2IS has only two parking sensors in the front bumper and the 3IS bumper has 4 holes. I was thinking of reusing my existing sensors in the holes on the side because they are also the same body color but on the 3IS bumper the sensors are more angled to the side and I’m worried it will not register any objects at the front anymore. I’m now thinking of putting the two sensors in the grill so I have more “sensoring” at the front if you know what I mean… what’s your take on this?
Most that have sensors use the grill holes since those were for the 3IS parking sensors. Need the OEM brackets for sensor and custom fit yours into them.
This exact lip would be part of the bumper but you can try emailing the seller on Ebay if they have it separate for sale. I previously bought from ikon motorsports and they sold me lip after the initial order. They are out of stock right now. Check the other sellers in my links.
Just wondering if you will be willing to work on my vehicle just like that on my 2012 Lexus is300 and how much will you charge going to do something as soon as possible thanks let me know Franco
I have an OE aftermarket grill that has a slot for the bottom tab. The black one that come with the bumper doesn’t have the hole. You need to cut a hole or trim the tab on the emblem. I added some 3M tape and used the ring clips I bought at Ace hardware.
It comes with OE style LED Fog lights used on newer Lexus. I ended up swapping in some Toyota/Lexus Morimoto LED black housing fog. They weren’t bolt on though, I had to make a small bracket to offset one of the holes and clock it to be even.
For 2012, it should work with the brackets. You will need to trim the edge of the crash bar. If you look at the links in the video description, there is a ClubLexus forum thread with all the photos.
Hi Binh are you able to share the model number or link to the bumper foam protector you’ve fitted? I don’t think it’s a standard part for UK spec vehicles so unable to locate it on my OEM bumper
