    Some time ago I started to do this meditation because Metta was difficult for me in the first part. Finally I can do it now and I enjoy it. Thank you!

      I struggle with this but am trying. Sitting with that struggle to be kind is trying. Kindness to myself feels alien, words and a concept I don't understand yet; I worry I'm not doing enough in the meditation, feeling enough kindness, feeling good enough. I hope that in time that will shift and I can accept that that's how I feel in this practice, without lashing myself for it

    Question:
    I kept experiencing long silence’s. At one point around 14 minutes, it cut off the speaker. Is that supposed to happen?

      Hi! I'm glad you enjoyed the meditation. The cut-out shouldn't happen. Perhaps there was a glitch with your internet? Or with TH-cam? I really don't know, unfortunately.
