This is very helpful for getting my mind right each morning, ❤thank you. And truthfully the literal pain I felt twinge in my heart repeating the Affirmation "my parents love me" was a great eye opener and freeing in and of itself. Thank you for putting this together! I tried the meditation alone, and affirmations alone, but there just something synergistic about them being together in one like this. I'm rebuilding a new self after . . . a complete dissolving of my life and self before. I woke up w panic every day for many months. I have been inserting this in the sliver of space between when I wake up and when the panic starts. I have noticed various aspects of the meditation and affirmations integrate through me later in the day. I feel stronger even physically when I practice this. Thank you very much for this key tool 🙏.
